Works great as a diuretic if you are retaining liquids. Very inexpensive so it is good value. I love this brand and think they produce some great products.

Not for me. It worked to get rid of water but made my blood pressure go up 30 points. I Quit taking it and blood pressure went back down in a day and a half

Been using these for years. I stopped taking them for a few months and I just ordered them again to help with water retention and weight loss. It usually takes me 1 week to lose ten lbs of water weight on these but it works wonders. I agree with one review where they can get a little stuck in your throat if you don’t drink enough water, well I just drink water before taking it so my throat isn’t dry. You don’t pee any odd color like other diuretics and these have zero jitters. This brand is natural and works, if you want a faster relief I found taking 4 a day works best. 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner- not before bed cause you’ll have to get up and use BR. Sometimes price goes down to 7 dollars which is great!

These water tablets helped with my sometimes water retention, but, the fatigue that came along with using them was too much. I was dragging throughout the day, everyday, while taking these tablets. Not everyone will have those side effects, but I certainly did and had to discontinue taking them. It then took almost a week for the fatigue to completely wear off.

Been taking this for about a week and a half and this might be tmi but I didn’t realize how much I wasn’t pooping until I took this regularly. It has really helped my gut health. Drinking more water while taking this has made me feel better overall as well but goodness, I was really retaining a lot of stuff within my gut. Clearly constipated and didn’t even realize it. Now I feel a difference in my lower abdomen because I’m not bloated or constipated. I don’t think I’ll ever stop taking this.
