Bought Jan 21 and as of March 23 lost 5 pounds without trying. 1 pill per day

Dr. Andrew Lessman produces quality products that do what they claim to do. My only issue is that all of his capsules contain powder in shades of tan and khaki encased in clear capsules. They are very difficult to distinguish one item from another.

Not sure whether this vitamin works at all. I see no improvements in energy levels nor in reduction of body fat anywhere.

This is a product that, over the years, has consistently made me feel I was set for the day with energy. I stopped taking it for one year due to other priorities and regretted it, so I'm back and will stay with it. It just makes every day better and I find I can rely on the energy I get without any side effects or unhealthy risks. I feel better, move more and more often. HIghly recommend.

I can't believe how well this product works, it's amazing to me. Make sure you take this product when your ready to start your day, not when its bedtime, you will never go to sleep. I even bought a bottle for my husband...Trust me it works..

i take 2 when i get up and have energy most all day. i get up and move around alot more. i start a task and actually finish it. before i would have several things started and didn't finish most of them. the weight is not coming off although that could be because i'm not trying. i need to lose at least 25lbs and when i'm ready to work at it i will still be taking these pills.
