Very easy to install, works as advertised.
Shipping was fast and the material arrived in excellent condition.I have been able to install this material so far in only a secondary attic space over my garage. However, this material has proven to be extremely strong and "rip proof' as I installed it with a staple gun. The integral webbing allows staples something substantial to keep the material stretched taunt under the joists. In addition, it has the excellent physical attribute of not having a "memory". Once I allowed it to lay flat for a 10 minutes on the garage floor, any curl in the material vanished. I was then able to easily cut it to fit with a scissorsThe reflective properties have cooled the garage attic space by at least 10 degrees, and I have only covered 80% of the the west facing roof joists.I was considering buying aluminized mylar chips and blowing them into my main house attic on top of the insulation for greater winter warmth, but the perforated nature of this material and the non-memory attribute has changed my mind. The perforation will prevent condensation in the winter andI believe it to be excellent for simply unrolling it over the blown in cellulose.I will extend this review after I have done so to report how that has worked out.I would, and will, buy this product again.

Easy to work with very durable and resist to cuts ...
Easy to work with very durable and resist to cuts and tears doesn't wrinkle or hold fold lines from installation. Using it to upgrade my toy box trailer to help keep it cool and warmer under new marine grade plywood roof. Easy staple on installation using excess in house attic to lower temps in summer in attic so ac will run less.

Highly recommend for energy efficiency!
I purchased 2 rolls of this stuff after reading all of the reviews about various radiant barrier materials and companies. My father used to install radiant barrier for a living, and he was very impressed at the quality and construction of the Arma Foil. The material is thicker like a blanket and doesn't crinkle like foil, but it has the perforations and reflectivity of foil. The 51" is a life saver since the roof joints are 48" apart. Those three extra inches are a huge help. My home is approximately 1700 sq. ft, and I ended up purchasing one additional roll of the product. I installed the product on the rafters with a staple gun. I also covered both ends of the house and created a drapery across the arches of the roof to produce maximum coverage. The inside of my attic looks like a space ship, but my electric bill has definitely reflected the addition. The most notable difference is the temperature equalization inside my house. I used to have one bedroom that was very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but not anymore. When considering installation of this product, try to schedule your installation when it is very cold outside. The first day I worked on this, it was about 33 degrees outside, and I still sweat profusely from being in the attic. I spent 8 hours in the attic with my father helping me. Day 2 it was about 20 degrees outside, and that was absolutely perfect; no sweating at all. I am not a professional by any means, so the total time of my project took two full days of about 8 hours per day. Just remember you only have to do it once.

Used in the attic, but did not achieve the results expected. Moving on to the next thing.

It's relatively easy to work with
The material feels a bit thin, but seems to be extremely durable. It's relatively easy to work with, albeit a bit awkward starting out.As for performance, we just installed it this weekend, so we'll see how it goes. Here's how we did it:Our attic is around 850sq ft. Item arrived on a Friday afternoon and we started installing on the south side of the roof at about 10pm running the sheets vertically (from soffit up towards the peak). By 2am, we had finished the south side.Saturday morning, started on the north, this time unrolling length wise from East to West, running parallel to the soffits about halfway through the attic. 2nd sheet, middle of the attic to the West Gable. This method seemed to go much faster. 4 long sheets sections this way and the wall was done. Maybe 2.5hrs work time using this method for us, then another hour or so on the east and west gables.

Should be good !
Heard great things about this product . . . . hope it lowers our air conditioning bills. Fairly easy to move . . . used a broom handle, taped with a piece of metal on the end. Generally put the handle under the foil and moved it that way. 900 square feet took two and one half hours. We insulated the attic first and then laid the foil over it.

easy to use
I thought all of these products were the same, not so, they may all have multiple layers, but some brands; (Radiant GUARD® XTREME) for example, are hard to install. Arma foil it fantastic to install, I put my roll in the attic. hanging on a long paint pole handle, suspended between 2 purling braces, and pulled it off as needed, it can be pulled, twisted, jerked, mishandled every which way, and it still retains its shape, which is flat. no struggles to get it smooth onto the rafters (in the remote recesses of your attic).I write this having run out of ARMA FOIL (3000'), I bought another 1000' roll on craigslist thinking they are all the same, YAHHHHHH they are not not not. The foil I purchased crumples up and stays crumpled till it is smoothed flat, it is like the foil you would wrap food in pressed over a fiberglass feedbag material, I am sure it works fine for its designed purpose but is 3 times as hard to install.Bottom line;ARMA FOIL is easy to work with, and works as designed.
