Durable material. Weight is nice. Sharp blade. Works well. Design is nice. Has held up pretty good

The skull artwork design was beautifully done...especially in green. I'm certain the blade material is not a high-end steel, but the knife is an exceptional value providing you with a decent blade, rope cutting capability, glass breaker, spring assist opening, and a belt clip all wrapped up in a cool graphic (if you like skulls). The overall weight of the knife felt lighter than I expected, but was balanced in the open position and felt good in hand. Makes a great gift. Artwork wore off from being in pocket after a year. :(

I got a handful of Master USA knives 7 years ago all together for $20. Pretty good deal for amateur knife collector. They’re good knock around knives( not to get tore up if you lose them, roll the edge, chink the blade or if the corrugated scales break). Good enough for utility if you maintain the factory edge but if you want a scalpel edge then it’s a five stroke, resharpen kind of blade. I wouldn’t bet my life on them but if I had to I’d roll the dice in a survival situation. This is an instance where you get what you pay for but for less than $10 there’s not a lot to argue

This knife is no CRKT.. But it does have a cool finish, a grip that has some decent texturing for a good purchase, seat belt cutter, window smasher, and a stainless steel black blade. The color is more of a earth yellow/green than straight tan. The pattern is pretty high res and doesn’t look cheesy. The housing of the knife seems like if it got caught in metal it could bend/break under pressure just based on how light the knife’s weight is. But overall it’s pretty solid I do love the assisted opening which is fast (even faster with a little gun oil on the joint) and for this price I would easily buy it again. My one piece of advice if you are actually using this for outdoors/working environments is get a knife with a serrated blade for cutting rope, fire starter. I had trouble cutting a rope of fire starter with this straight blade and instantly missed my CRKT while trying to get a fire going on a camping trip..

Years ago when you bought knives(unless they're top tier blades), the biggest problem was that they came dull AF, and their quality was so so. Now all the blades I buy, tend to come standard hair shaving sharp. 5 star for the function to cost rating: it fully locks into place with the assist. And comes with your standard locking mechanism for these type of pocket knives. And it came razor sharp. Quality: is a little sus. The handle feels like a styrofoam/plastic blend of material and in terms of weight, make this feel light as a feather, but feels like it can break easily under stress. I used locktite on all the screws so they dont loosen as a precautionary measure. The clip hangs on the knife at an angle so if you clip it to your belt or pants, it wont be hanging straight. At 5 dollars though, you can toss it around and not give AF if it breaks or goes missing. Planning to get a few extra as an EDC.
