Q: Can this be folded away when not in use or do you need to dismantle?

Frame can't be folded away, will need to be dismantled. I just take off canopy and seat cushion (2 minute job) and store away over the winter. The frame is fine being left out. (2 winters now)

Q: Is the brown colour actually brown as it looks like a shade of pink on the picture.

Its not pink it's like a light biscuit colour mine has been in the sun all season so has faded but it's had some use and I've loved it xx

Q: Could you please confirm the distance between the feet depthwise; as I am placing on concrete slabs sunk into gravel.

Don't bother, if this is the same as the one i bought its not worth the effort. The canopy frame is so thin where the swivel screws are that it snapped with the weight of a cover over it. Very poor quality.

Q: Can you telk me ehat id the thickness of seat cushion? I have seen some other products and the seat cushions are very thin n uncomfortable to sit on.

It's ok to sit on but after a while you can feel the bar. I purchased another 8cm cushion pad to go on top and it's absolutely brilliant. It's up to you but you can use it without the extra cushion.
