This is a great guide and primer to get things starts and establish a foundation to ITIL. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the difficulty of reading the graphics on Kindle.

I just passed the the ITIL Foundation Exam using this book. If you don't have enough time to read the large books, It is an excellent quick reference to prepare for the foundation exam.

I am not fully done with reading this guide, but it helps you a lot with process, if you are managing areas or projects, ITIL is the way to go

Excellent synopsis of ITIL version 3, 2011. However, the release of ITIL version 4 in quarter 1 of 2019 means that we need to read the ITIL version 4 pocket guide instead.

Gives the information you need to know about itil, how to run an effective it department using this framework. Gives a broad brush approach to the 5 books.

I love the size of the book, easy to fit into my handbag. its concise and provides a comprehensive guide of the ITIL methodology.
