Amazing!
Although I havent finished reading the book as yet, I am more than half way through and I have to say it is an absolutely amazing book mashaAllah! A lot of credit goes to Dar usSunnah and Ayman ibn Khalid who translated the text because the read is easy to follow and understand, may Allah reward them. Ibn Jawzi, may Allah have mercy on him and reward him, has written an excellent book that gives you practical solutions to problems of the soul and inner self.Absolutely must have!!

One of my favorite books. It is very well written and has alot of important advice for an individual. I have read the book twice and still want to read it over again because i have enjoyed reading it
