Madjor flaw doesn't fit 83 280zx
This does not fit a 1983 290zx, not even close. The drain valve is right on top of the frame on the driver's side not in the middle of the radiator as it should be. This causes the radiator to not line up with the original mount holes. Having the drain valve sitting on top of the frame causes the radiator to be over an inch to high not allowing the hood clearance required to close the hood.

It’s kinda dumb but it works
The drain plug sits on the frame keeping the hood suspended a little. You’ll have to put a hole in the frame.
