I bought a couple of these for my special needs niece who’s incontinent. She’s 10 years old & weighs 64 pounds. These were slightly big on her, so she’ll be able to use them for a while, but there were no problems with leaking through them at all. These don’t absorb anything, just contain it, but it’s worth it b/c at least she can get in the pool & none of us have to worry about leakage. They seem very durable & are cute enough that they can be worn as swimsuit bottoms themselves or worn under boy shorts-type swimsuits. I think that the price is expensive, but again, it’s worth it for her to be able to swim without being worried & they’re versatile & durable enough that they’ll last for a while.

I was so worried because we were going to public pools and I didn't want an accidental log floating by. Fit my daughter with special needs perfectly and didn't even know she had pooped till we took it off. I had to soak it and really scrub it with soap to get the stain off and wash it twice in the machine but I'm so glad this worked! My daughter is 6 years old about 64 pounds and wore a size Small. Fit perfectly. With a little room to grow.

This is a great swim diaper for adults. And since the inside is waterproof, it can double as a cloth diaper cover if needed.This product is extremely comfortable, and holds tight enough around the legs and waist to contain solids, without pinching the skin. Since its waterproof on the inside it can safely contain soiled cloth diapers, or even hold small leaks from disposable diapers for those just on case moments. It also cuts down on the crinkle of plastic backed diapers when used as a diaper cover.

This was too small when arrived and I was not able to return it to amazon unless I paid a fee. I purchased the next size up and it fit well.

The product does exactly as it's designed to do and is made out of quality material. It will snag if sitting on the rough edges of the pool (either inside or out), so be sure to cover it well with swim shorts.The product shipped via Amazon delivery methods, therefore, it arrived quickly. However, the return (I initially bought the wrong size) was more challenging. Note if you need to return, too: You have to print a label, find a box/envelope to return product in, and take it to the USPS office. The cost of shipment will be also deducted from your refund, so plan accordingly.

It kept my daughter to keep her swim suit clean and with a brief on under it limits swelling however worn on skin it kept the pee as a puddle in it so when I changed her after her swimming it was a mess.

These were great! My granddaughter is hard to fit because she is tall and thin. Her clothing is mostly 10-12. I opted for the 8-10 size so they would be snug at the legs . Her legs are soooo skinny. They are so perfect her mother asked for the link so she could order more!

I’ve always been very pleased with the quality of these swimmers. However the sizes are unpredictable. I returned the last one and never got a refund. At 30$ each, I am frustrated that no refund was issued.
