Some supplements are fake, but I can tell by the side effects this is real. I had lithium prescription before so I know. Some of them I had forgotten lithium had.After starting with half a pill, I settled in at 1/3 of a pill each day, more than that is too much for me. It gives headache and thirst, but strangely it helps me focus at work like I hadn't been able to for ten years. Definitely marginally calmer and happier.

Orotate being the key bonding orotic acid (which is bonded with other minerals as well, such as magnesium, zinc, etc.) The molecule orotic acid was originally thought to be a vitamin (B13) that was essential to animal nutrition. Vitamin B13 was originally postulated to be present in distillers dried soluble from grains. It was later determined that vitamin B13 or orotic acid was synthesized by mammals during the synthesis of pyrimidines (nucleobases of informational monomers of (RNA) and (DNA). It has been found that orotic acid improves the metabolism of folate and vitamin B12. Orotic acid is found in milk produced by cows and other commercial dairy products derived from milk. The presence of orotate in mammals is important to the development of the central nervous system (think folate or methyl-folate Vitamin B9 and why it is important for a pregnant woman to take with regard to spinal bifida). This is just a small aspect of the value of Orotate when bonded with Lithium....So why this brand...after much research over the brands available, I decided that 10 mg. would be ideal. I also like the makeup of this company and have used other products that they offer, and the integrity is present within the application of use. Personal reasons of use, is one that I felt divided in self, which lead to a low-grade despair or and at times, low-grade depression. It was time to do something to bridge the gap between myself and what was going on holistically in every level of life...life force, mind, body, emotional life of soul activity. This included paying attention to B vitamins, minerals, amino acids...so I include with Lithium Orotate: NAD Therapy (B Vitamins), and Amino Acids, including the essential amino acid tryptophan .It has been two weeks of using Global Healing. I feel each day is a step towards bridging the gap. My mind is clear, times that I would normally be anxious or irritated have now been balanced, my want for exercise is in play...and here's the really cool thing...there is a sense of unbroken joy without feel like joy or despair are the only two choices, but balance. That means harmony in life to me. So yes, Global Healing...you've got this...and you got me. Thank you for doing all you do to build bridges to good things, true things in our dailies.

I was skeptical when I first bought them, but decided to give them a try. Whenever I take them I feel calmer and in a better mood (not as irritated as I am sometimes). No side effects so far and I’m almost done with my 1st bottle. When I’ve forgotten to take them (I forgot to bring them to a trip), I noticed I felt a bit more irritated than when I was taking them. When I returned, I continued taking them again and I noticed I didn’t feel super energized or anything like that (no heart palpitations) like some other pills have made me feel in the past. I just felt normal/natural, like more easy going type of feel, not as irritated when things didn’t go as expected, so I will definitely continue to buy these.

I should preface by saying I don’t believe in weight loss pills, or stories that certain tree bark can cure dementia, but what do I know, maybe it does. However, this stuff is a game changer. It took about three weeks to realize that all of sudden I didn’t want to rip my hair out when sitting in traffic. Then another couple weeks to realize I didn’t want to rip anyone else’s hair out either. After a couple months I noticed I seem to have this permanent smile on my face, and my ridiculous, juvenile and altogether asinine cohabitants no longer leave me wishing they would just disappear. It’s quite lovely actually and though it can be hard to put into words, others certainly seem to notice as I’ve been told several times in the last 6 months, “wow, I seem so happy all the time”, “there’s something about me”, and I kid you not, “my presence is angelic”. Me! Ha suckers. I’m also pairing this with a product called Min Chex as another reviewer commented, I’m not sure that does anything but it’s only been a month. I would definitely try this before any pharmaceuticals. I’ll probably take it forever.
