I would like to first say that these flutes are absolutely beautiful, and the engraving is exceptional. But most of all I'd like to give a shot out to Things Remembered for their customer service. There was an issue with my order and when I raised it to the vendor, they immediately appologize and rectified the situation. In a time when so many of our purchases are done on line, it is nice to know that there is a company that has kept their customer service top knotch. Thank you for your beautiful product! My daughter loved the flutes.

Beautifully personalized Bride and Groom flutes for my son and his bride. Arrived very quickly, packed very well and looked gorgeous at the head table. Great quality! The happy couple love the keepsake that will someday be a great family heirloom.

I went back and forth between these and other similar products for weeks before deciding to take a chance on these. I am SOOOO happy I did. They are absolutely stunning! Much prettier in person than the pics give credit for. They came quickly and are in a nice silk lined gift box which I was ecstatic about! I cant wait to give these to the bride/groom to be! :)
