Bodyprox Elbow Brace with Strap for Tendonitis 2 Pack, Tennis Elbow Compression Sleeves, Golf Elbow Treatment

I've been dealing with a strained bicep muscle for months, which unfortunately led up to me pulling a tendon in my forearm back in November. After wearing a sling and letting it rest as much as possible, I was still having a lot of difficulty doing any sort of activity without being in pain. My forearm and elbow would be in a fair amount of pain just by even picking up a gallon of milk or something simple like that, and doing any kind of exercising with that arm was out of the question.I decided to look into an elbow/forearm brace that would provide some extra support to those areas and hopefully allow me to be able to do more with the injury and I ended up trying out this brace and it has worked wonderfully! The sleeve has a nice, tight compression, but not to the point where I feel like it's cutting off circulation, and the forearm strap provides support for that pulled tendon and allows me to pick up objects with relatively no pain. I've even been able to start exercising with the arm again!I'm not a doctor, but if you have tendonitis in your arm and you're looking for some extra support while you continue on with your daily activities, this has worked very well for me.

I have tennis and golfers elbow. The pain is excruciating. I received this today and yes it’s tight but I like it tight cause it helps my pain significantly. I’ve talked to other people on a fb tennis elbow page that say these don’t work forthem so I never bought one when I had tennis elbow in my other arm (had surgery last year on that arm. I don’t want another surgery). So glad I finally bought one cause it works wonders for me. I can’t even lift my arm without pain and with the brace on I can lift my arm without pain. The measurements for small was 9”-10”. My arm measure 9.5”. I think if I would have went bigger like other reviews suggests that I would not have as much pain relief. I have this a 4 star because it is too long for my arm so I have to roll it down. I am short so I have short arms. I wish they would have lengths available since we all have different arm lengths.

While the compression sleeve offers relief from elbow pain, the Velcro strap is of little use. In fact, as shown in other reviews, the Velcro frays the sleeve material quite badly. Secondly, unlike other elbow compression sleeves I've worn before, this one causes skin itch that may lead to a rash. The compression fit is very good and provides for pain relief.UPDATE. Have now used these elbow compression sleeves for 3 years. After laundering the elbow sleeves and giving them another my skin was not irritated. The elbow sleeves offer excellent compression and support. I've worn them during workouts at the gym, off the tennis court, and even during sleep - easy to use and very comfortable. I don't use the velcro straps as they were fraying the material. Initially the sleeves started to "pill" from wear though that has not been an issue. The sleeves have served me very well. Would recommend.

This product is awesome. I've tried all kinds of different elbow wraps that were much more expensive than these wraps and I can honestly say that these wraps are fantastic for the price. You get two sleeves in the package, which is definitely appreciated. The sleeve itself is very comfortable and is not made of neoprene. It easily slides over your elbow to allow you to position the strap wherever you need it. The strap can easily adjust to a very tight feeling to almost no tightness at all, which is great when weight lifting. You can easily untighten the straps between sets and then tighten them up when lifting the weight for support. Time will tell how long these straps will last before I need to order another pair. I will put them "through the ringer" and I will report back my findings on their durability.

This worked great for my tendonitis issue on my hand. The brace fitted perfect on my arm. However, after an hour of usage I would notice my biceps along with the biceps brachii would start hurting bad. No matter how I adjusted the brace, I couldn't stop those particular pains. I also noticed that if I moved a lot, the brace would move out of place. The brace helped my tendonitis issue, but sadly the cons outweighed the cons.

I like the implied support and the cinch band as I have both tennis and golf elbow and mountain biking hard ain't good for either. Arm feels about the same after two hours of riding as it does before I ride - I'm chalking that up as a win. Great deal, too - they're holding up to wear and tear, wash well and don't shrink.

Needed a brace that would help me continue to lift weights while mending my tennis elbow. I was reluctant to buy these at first because the sizing chart seemed incorrect. My arms measured 15in, which is the maximum XL size according to the chart. I have pretty average sized arms in my opinion (based on my observation of others at the gym). I would have ordered a medium had I not used the chart. Glad I measured first, XL fit perfectly. The strap has helped minimize strain while I hit the bench press, do push-ups/pull-ups, and use other machines. I still feel pain while doing bicep curls with free weights though. I use the sleeve 3 times a week and haven't noticed any degradation in quality after 18+ sessions. Pretty good for the price IMO.UPDATE: Had an issue with one of the sleeves and contacted the company for support. I was provided with a prompt resolution from Bodypro's support (Lisa). Excellent response time and quality service. Glad to know that there are still companies that stand by their product!
