Works, easy to use, clean, not huge suction but plenty enough to pick up most anything, used for the truck, an area rug, and small tiled area, keeps everything clean, haven't once had the battery die on me while cleaning

A very convenient hard floor sweeper but this offers little else. Anything with carpet like features required much more repeated passes than should have been necessary. Bathroom rugs, and using it in my car proved somewhat pointless.And the worst part is that it crapped out in under a year with very infrequent use.Wall mount/charger was very convenient and it is very nice to store it up off of the floor.

only issue i have with this device is that you really have to mount it to the wall. it is very hard to store and charge/operate if you don't.Also the attachments get stuck so its not very easy to release them from the unit to switch

We needed a replacement for the other stick vacuum we had that died. We did a lot of research on weight, battery power, and suction and settled on this one. I loved it until it stopped charging. The indicator light would blink red and go solid as if it were charging, but then it would be under-powered and die within 5 minutes of use on hard wood floors. I don't want to sink money into trying to fix something I can't reliably troubleshoot (is it the battery is bad or the wiring?), so now I have a $100 piece of garbage mounted to my wall.

Lovethat it’s so light since I have back issues. I mainly use it on small areas like the kitchen floor and area rugs. It does a good job for those areas and it is so easy to use. After it stopped working correctly after almost a year, I wrote to the customer service and they replaced my vacuum! I am so pleased about this as well as their quick response to my issues. And I recently ordered some hepa filters on amazon for this vacuum so I’m set. Hoping this lightweight mighty vacuum will last for many years.

I like that is works on both hardwood floors and carpet with no problems. And I get to use it all over my house takes me like an hour and 30 minutes to get everywhere cleaned and it does the job. Love it I would recommend.

It is a strong little vacuum that I bought just for doing the stairs in my house. So far I’m very pleased with everything about it! The easy clean bin makes that much more enjoyable to use!
