Love Actually

I honestly can't tell you how much I love this movie ... I wait every year just to watch it for Christmas.I normally do not like movies like this at all but this movie is so sweet and somewhat heart-breaking at the same time, you laugh one minute and cry the next .... all the stories in this movie are intertwined somehow and then you see it all come together in the end.I highly recommend anyone who likes movies in all genres to watch this, it's a true classic for real.

A fun feel good Christmas movie

The story: It's essentially a romantic anthology film with like 7 separate stories that intertwine at the end. Some stories end good, some end bad, and some are just plain awkward, some funny, some a little disrespectful (the one plot with the scene that gets parodied a million times over and the primary reason people hate on this movie).From office romances to starting over after a loved one's death; affairs, young love, and new love, in the end it's not just a cheesy romcom, but a series of vignettes that reflect the many different ways love enters, leaves, and maintains our lives. I think it's a great reflection of how relationships are and could be.The disc: Both the Blu-ray and DVD are flawless. Very happy I have them so I don't have to track this movie down or pay a ridiculous rental price when it gets pulled from the streaming services every year at Christmas time. Haven't connected the digital copy yet, but I've seen murmurs that it is expired nd won't load. If that's the case, my 4 stars will remain. If not, I'll update to 5 stars.The seller: Quick, on time, and item arrived as promised. No damages or missing discs.

And then there's Hugh Grant. I'm not a big fan of his but I love this movie! I've seen it IDK how many times. If you're a fuddy duddy stick in the mud aka a Karen you won't like it but for us who like to laugh, it's got a giggle for everyone. The younger you are the more likely things will go over your head. This is NOT a movie to watch with Grandma Rose and Great Aunt Edna or when the preacher is coming over. Nope! If you're a fan of the Underworld... Yes the vampire trilogy... this is going to mess up your mind right from the very first scene 😂 🤣 😂

When I couldn't watch this each year at Christmas time I bought it.

More of an adult feel-good Christmas movie as there are multiple inter-connected storylines carried out by a large British cast. Some nudity, suggestive scenes and foul language - nothing outrageous, mind you - but not something you'd want to sit down and watch with the kiddies. (They'd probably find it quite boring anyways.)

La he visto como 20 veces y al final he pedido un DVD para no depender de nadie y poder verla cuando quiera. La mejor comedia de todos los tiempos y encima asentada en la época navideña. Mejor imposible!
