Good value. Shame Amazon delivery didn't follow the delivery instructions and threw it in a storage bin over the track from the house.

A little hard (but good value anyway)
I've found yellow split peas are hard to rely on when it comes to them softening up during cooking. This happend with this brand, but I've had the same issue with other brands over the past couple of years, too. Nevertheless it does have the recommended cooking time on the packet and, as I use them to make Dhal & soups for the freezer, it's not a problem to have some bite. They arrived quickly & are good value so I'm happy with them.

Great for Greek fava
Used this to make Greek fava. Tasted great but needed way more cooking than the instructions suggested (I ended up lobbing it into my pressure cooker). I'd buy again.
