Disappointed
We ordered the 3pk dark walnut. The shelves do not include a mounting template which we quickly discovered was due to none of the brackets being the same. They are not only at different distances from each other on each shelf but located in different spots from shelf to shelf. This means each shelf has to be meticulously measured individually before mounting.Even on a stud I would not recommend putting anything terribly heavy on them. If you press with any strength (to test them) they are very wobbly. I have 6 semi-thin cookbooks I’d hope to put on them but would not dare put more than 2-3 on a shelf.

Great quality and clean look!
If took me awhile to find a shelf wide enough to actually place larger items on. These shelves are perfect and the stain is beautiful. There was a bit of a strong odor so I had to let them off-gas in the garage for a day. Originally, the mounting brackets were not included in the package so I had to call to get replacements. Not only did they send me all new mounting brackets, but they sent me a whole new set of shelves. Plus, the owner called me the next day to confirm I had received his message. Wow...You don't find customer service like that anymore. 6 stars for customer service. The shelves say they hold 25 to 30 lbs but unless you have them securely into 2 studs, they droop a little bit when you put 10 or so pounds on them. I suppose floating shelves are more suited for decorative pieces then books or heavier items.

Not as advertised!
These shelves are a pain in the head to install. The mounting brackets are not uniform. We finally resorted to buying different hardware as these shelves droop with any amount of weight on them and certainly will not hold the weight indicated in the 'about the product' information. All in all completely dissatisfied. Also the color was considerably darker than shown.

Lovely Design and Quality for space saving storage
These shelves are lovely. My Mom's walls are plaster, so we had to get a different bolt to hang them as drywall anchors don't work for the plaster walls. It took about 45 minutes to hang them, and they look great! At first, we couldn't figure out the brackets on the back of the shelves, but a quick call to Tim, and we were able to hang them with ease. Thanks, Tim! I think they are a lovely addition to the guest room that was lacking in storage but also square footage.

Not worth the money. Cheap Materials.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SHELVES!!!!! I can’t stress this enough. You are paying $140 for 3 pieces of 2”x 8” pine, not a nice piece of hardwood. You could buy an entire 8 foot board for $10 and stain it yourself. Then there is the mounting. The shelves are incredibly difficult to mount because the holes aren’t drilled in the same spot on each side. This is something made in somebody’s garage. Just be sure you know what you are getting into before you spend your money.

looks Great, bracket design not so much.
Looks great, nice solid wood. Mounting brackets are on 16" centers but the screw holes on each bracket are about 2" apart horizontally. So if you centered the bracket on a wall stud both screws would miss the stud. I had move it over to put 1 screw into the stud and use a drywall anchor on the other screw.

There are issues
Had these shelves installed by a contractor, but they droop terribly when you put a vace of artificial flowers on them. Ended up addi g regular brackets. Could have saved myself a lot of money and irritation if I just bought shelving and brackets in the first place.
