Great solution to place on your existing traditional grill
We didnโt want to have another grill on our porch. However, Weber doesnโt make an add-on flat top grill for our older Genesis grill (which is still in great shape and a rare natural gas model). So I researched the best flat top grills (in our price point) and found their grill tops are the best - meaning sturdy, heats evenly, easy to clean, portable, etc. We bought this and put it right on top of our Weber grill grates. Works like a charm! The grease collector is a nice plus. When we want a traditional grilled steak we just remove it via the handy handle and place it to the side. Afterward we put the flat top grill back on our grill, close it up and replace our grill cover. It comes pre-seasoned which we loved. On flat tops you have to continue to add oils over their lifetime so if you want to season it yourself you more or less get your chance. Iโd recommend this grill to anyone who doesnโt want yet another grill to deal with. Iโd purchase it again if given the same choice!

Excellent griddle with heat diffusers. Easy to use, season and clean!
This two-burner griddle was a perfect fit for our Camp Chef Pro 90X. Heavy duty and well-constructed, it's cooking capacity is large and can handle a big family or party. The grease capture slot drains to a hole at one end, and with the Camp Chef Grease Box attachment, it is near perfect. ++ The griddle has two diffuser discs on the underside that evenly distribute heat from the burners. Our tests with an infrared thermometer indicated very little differences in temps across the griddle ++ Comes seasoned and ready to cook after a quick wash. Nonetheless, we seasoned it an additional three times before our first use, and it is virtually non-stick out the gate. ++ Heavy-duty steel construction with a folding handle to carry ++ Very easy to clean after use. Scrape, wipe, and lightly oil. Done! ++ We also have the carry bag for this unit that fits perfectly and protects the griddle while easing transportation. All in all, we find this griddle to be near perfect and it will get much use. It's an easy Five Stars for us and an honest and very hearty recommendation for your three-burner stove. If you are looking for something like this, GET THIS!
This thug is a BEAST. We bought a three-burner camp chef stove from Costco. This fits perfectly over two of the burners! It has the burner plates on bottom to distribute the heat evenly. It says it comes ore-seasoned but I guess Iโm old school. I always season things myself. I oiled it and went to the oven and..... IT DIDNT FIT! like I said, itโs a beast. I put it on the stove and heated it to smoking to start to burn off the oil and protect it from the oil becoming rancid. We have used it a few times, including on a three-day camping trip and we are thrilled with how well it cooks and how heavy-duty and LEGIT this griddle is!

Works on any grill...not just camp chef grill
So I just got this griddle. First, even though it was not Amz Prime tagged, it was still free shipping. Also Outdoor Cooking was the shipper and it came fast. They say about 1-2 weeks...but it was at my door in 3 days...just as good as prime shipping. Not sure if they are local to me. Came well packaged. Kudos to them for the great shipping service. As for the griddle, I bought it to use on my outdoor BBQ grill. I don't have a camp chef grill, I have a built in island grill. I was afraid the griddle would not fit...meaning it would not lay flat due to the oil drip curve on the front of the griddle as you can see by the picture. Well the picture here is a little deceptive. The bottom of the griddle has heat saucers melded to the griddle itself and is flush with the oil drip curve. This means the back and front are flush and will lay flat so griddle does NOT slope much...which is good. I don't want to make sunny side up eggs, only to find the egg running to one side of the griddle. As for heat distribution, as I said, it has heat plates on the bottom so it disperses the heat evenly across the griddle. This means no cold spots or too hot spots. The side and back lips are about 1 inch high which is great so food does not fall off the griddle. Especially when you are making something like fried rice or similar. All stays on the griddle! Finally this thing is heavy and built like a tank. This will outlive me and my grandkids and their grandkids...so as long as you take good care of it. Season it once a month if not in much use. Keep it lightly oiled and store in its carry bag (sold separately) in dry dark place. Although it seems a bit pricey...its really an investment. Use it indoors, backyard grill, camping, tailgate parties...this is large enough to cook and feed the Brady bunch, including the Alice the maid and the butcher. Happy grilling! Cheers

Great product
Excellent. I have a CampChef 3 burner griddle that I bought form Costco. It came with griddle plate on just one burner. I bought this set to cover other two burners and it is just awesome. The heating is very even and it works great. the only drawback that I saw, is that it is a little tilted towards the middle as a result the oil does not flow towards the oil discharge hole. this could be due to my setup also. Otherwise I is just great. I would recommend this product to anyone. I received the order on time so delivery was great

It's a beast
For reasons unknown, I couldn't make up my mind between the Camp Chef griddle top and the Little Griddle. I actually went as far as ordering the Little Griddle, but had a change of heart and switched to the Camp Chef. I'm glad I made the decision. Nothing against the Little Griddle, but I'm thrilled with the Camp Chef. The first thing you should know is that I don't have a Camp Chef stove. I intended the griddle top to go on my Weber Genesis II SE310, but I couldn't find very many photographs of the Camp Chef other than the stock picture. I didn't have a very good sense of the grease trap, nor did I really have a great sense of what the heat deflectors looked like. I finally found a video on YouTube, which had a one-second glimpse of the underside. In any event, because the griddle top was specifically made for Camp Chef stoves, I was concerned about its use on another grill. For anyone out there who shares the same concern, don't worry -- at least as far as the Weber Gen II is concerned. The 16 x 24 griddle top is a perfect fit, with about 3/4 of an inch on either side of the griddle top to spare for ventilation. The griddle sits flat on the grates and spacing is not a problem. A few observations I would like to make. First, do not be scared off by Camp Chef's admonition to never heat the griddle past "medium" or else it could warp the griddle. The Camp Chef stoves feature 30,000 BTU burners. By comparison, the Weber's burners are around 13,000 each. I fire up my Weber to high to preheat and it hasn't hurt the griddle at all. I am awaiting an infrared temp gun, so I can monitor the surface heat, but so far, no warping. I think the admonition by Camp Chef is assuming that you will be putting the griddle on one of its stoves. Second, the griddle top has a grease tray in the front, with a small hole in the left side for drainage. If you use the griddle top on a Camp Chef stove, there is an accessory that you can attach to the stove to catch the grease running through. No can do on the Weber. The grease tray sits on the actual grates if used on the Weber, so any grease running in the trap will go through the hole and through the grates. That said, I ordered some silicone plugs from Amazon (they are high temperature resistant) and plugged the hole. You can also just leave the hole as is. I haven't cooked anything yet that generated so much grease that it ran down the hole. Lastly, this thing is a beast at 29 pounds. I don't store it in my grill because I don't want to encourage rust, so I clean it and move it inside using a Camp Chef storage bag that I got from Amazon. It can be a little wearisome, but a minor obstacle. Frankly, the weight of the griddle gives me great confidence in it. Anyway, so far, this thing has been an absolute pleasure to use. Have made several batches of cheesesteaks, and will be firing it up for some Benihana fried rice this weekend. Really happy with the purchase.

AH-MAZING Griddle!
This griddle is FANTASTIC! Used it for all my meals this past Labor Day weekend. I cooked for 21 people and it was a breeze, easy clean up, fits great on the Camp Chef 90 3 burner stove. It is VERY heavy, but the cooking surface is wonderful. It did come preseasoned as advertised but I seasoned it again before its first use. I also cleaned it while it was still hot after each meal with water and a bbq scrubber with a handle, then wiped it down with oil and let it cool, cleaned up easily and remained non stick after each use. This thing cooked everything great from french toast, to burgers to fajitas! I can't wait to use it again. I would recommend buying a nice restaurant quality stainless steel spatula and a squeeze bottle for applying oil too.

EXCELLENT!!
This is so AWESOME!! Very well built. this has even heating with the heat diffuses permanently attached to underside. It is pre seasoned, however i gave it a light wash before first use and then re seasoned with Crisco. This is not light in weight but i didn't expect it to be. It is professional quality and should give years and years of use if taken of properly. It even comes with a cup hanger to hang a grease catch under the ever so convenient hole on the left side. Make sure the stove is level and it works like a charm! I didn't realize it had this feature when I bought it, not sure if i missed it in the description, I probably did. However, I was surprised and then pleased to see how well it worked.

This good sized flat grill transforms my bbq into a wonderful flat grill for cookingjust aboutanything. It's already seasoned so no need to worry about cleanup. It fit my bbq perfectly! I love that I can easily remove it for normal use. It's heavy and well made. Definitely worth buying

Exactly as pictured.
This griddle fits onto the grills of my BBQ perfectly. The sides are nice and high and the drip tray collects the extra fat well. With a couple of super thin coats of tallow and an hour at medium high a very nice non stick surface has been achieved just like a cast iron pan.Its quite a bit heavier than I expected very solid. There is a strong carrying handle hidden underneath.I lay it into a large rubbermaid tub with hot soapy water to scrub clean then I dry it and reseason.I love it.

There is no coating - my bad
I have used this griddle for nearly a year - in my backyard and while camping. It takes the heat and makes delicious food once you learn to regulate the heat. Must let it heat thoroughly - takes only a few minutes - know the temperature needed for different foods - a cooking cover is a must for some things. I clean after every use and wipe with a little oil - perfect every time - ready for next use. (Takes a minute or two only). If you like outdoor cooking - this is the griddle for you. Update - After the first year the coating began to chip, sometimes sticking to the food, but especially when scraping off after use. UPDATE 2 - I love my griddle once again. I learned that there is no coating (Teflon or similar) applied to this griddle. What appears to begin chipping is just the original seasoning from Camp Chef (well done at the factory). I checked a couple of YouTube videos on restoring the griddle and VOILA! After a bit of elbow grease to scrape and sand off all the old seasoning - right to bare metal - I followed the process of a few experts (also on YouTube) on re-seasoning and it's like new again. I forgot to take a before picture but the final result is included.
