Not sure about the purpose of the handles on the top
The quality of steel seems good, but I haven't left it damp long enough to know whether it will rust easily. The main reason I bought these was because I thought that if the food inside was very hot or liquid enough to spill, the handles on top of the lid would help remove the lid easily, but nope! You life the handle, and you life the whole container with it! So what is the purpose of the handles then? It just serves to be a hindrance because it does not even make for a flat surface that you can stack something else on top of it.
