Does what it says on the box
Following major surgery on my foot and toes, I was instructed by the surgical team not to bath/shower or get the foot wet for five weeks. That did not work well with my usual hygiene regime, but this method of covering the wound was not recommended by the hospital, presumably because there has been problems with reliability from other manufacturers/suppliers.I found I required the assistance of my wife the first couple of times I used the appliance, but soon got used to applying it myself. I was a little apprehensive at first as to whether if would be completely waterproof, and have used it every day in the shower since it was delivered, and have not experienced any water seepage. (I ensure that any moisture is removed from the outside of the appliance before attempting to remove it).My strategy when putting it on it to pull it further up my ankle than needed, as the latex/rubber tends to form an inward facing fold, then I pull it down so the latex/rubber forms an outward facing fold on the ankle, so there is then no way any water can seep through.Although the latex/rubber grips tightly around the ankle, it does not cause any constriction. There is a vast range of manufacturers/supplyers providing these appliances, with prices ranging from a few £ to £30 and upwards. I chose this as it was mid range price wise, and have been highly satisfied.

Ideal for what you need,
i would have given this a 5 star but found that having to use two of theses the boot was slippery and you need some type of trad on the bottom. Saying that it did what was required and kept both feet dry.

Ideal when you have a foot cast! After getting my first one soaked doing the bag and tape trick and having to have it changed this is a god send! Easy to fit and no leaks at all

Does exactly what it says
Bought this product after having foot surgery, as I couldn’t get the dressing wet. I was a bit apprehensive on the first used but it worked perfectly. Not a drop of water got through. I can happily shower. Brilliant product 10/10

Not 100% watertight
Used to try to keep toe dressing dry - but needed an extra bag around the toe inside the cover to ensure toe stayed dry.

It keeps your foot/dressing dry, as it should.
A very good product that did the job required to protect a foot / dressing from the water in the shower. A little difficulty at first in getting foot into boot as the top sealed quite tight, but it needs to to stop any water entering the boot.
