Full Featured and Portable
I purchased this Mustart TRAVELMASTER Portable Level 2 EV Charger so that I could have charging flexibility when I travel. This fits the bill. It allows me to charge at 110v if that is the only option I have, but in the event that I have access to a 220v (NEMA 14-50) outlet, now I have the ability to get a full charge in under 8 hours. You can do this by easily changing the plug on the charger from the 110v (NEMA 5-15) to the 220v (NEMA 14-50). The charger charges at a full 32amps but it also has the ability to shift down to lower levels if necessary. This is great because my wife's Volt will not accept 32amps, rather it charges at something closer to 24amps. I know this because the display on the charger gives me information regarding the voltage, the amperage, total charging time, and total watts. I love this because now I can merely look at the display to determine how close my car is to a full charge without having to get in the car and start it up to find out. The cord on this is long, a full 25 feet. That provides me the ability to charge my car in the driveway in the event that my garage stall is inaccessible. The charger also came with a sturdy carry bag, not a cheap one that I expect to rip anytime soon. It also came with a hook to coil the 25 foot cable on as well as a mount to allow the charging connector to attach securely to the wall in my garage when it is not in use. Thus far I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Full Charge to Pacifica Hybrid in about 2 hours with 14-50 NeMA Plug
Using the standard home outlet to charge the Pacifica Hybrid (like the charger that comes with the Pacifica) requires a long overnight charging (around 12 to 13 hours). This does it in about 2 hours, IF you have a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed. A local electrician installed one of these in about an hour in our garage. Works Great. As a bonus, while this comes with a nice, easy to install cord holder so it can be used regularly in a home garage, it's also portable and comes with both a NEMA 14-50 high speed plug but a traditional three-prong that will plug into any standard outlet in the U.S. for overnight charging. Very happy with the performance and the flexibility from this reasonably priced charger.

Flexibility, durability and versatility.
Mobility, flexibility, durability and versatility. I chose this unit so I could use both at home and away (work) mostly. Both locations I have 220v welding outlets available. The TravelMaster comes with 2 plugs; 120v 15 amp and a 14-50p 220 plug. I ordered the 6-50 plug extra. Pleased upon unboxing with the construction and components. The fact that depending on the plug in use it will automatically adjust for amperage demand. The display shows good info. Itโs not a WiFi unit but my BMW i3 is. So. Good to go. Sorry will come back and grumble if it performs less than I think it should..... Update: Mustart stands behind their product. After about 6 months had a problem and it stopped working. After sending video of the unit not working I was quickly sent a replacement. I suggest securing the cables from being able to two twist within the strain reliefs. Still very pleased in the versatility and I see they now have a version 2 out. I would not hesitate to purchase one again. Still thumbs up. ๐

Very affordable โas advertisedโ EV charging system
Have been using this for about 2 months. Right now only have a standard US 120V plug outlet so the charging is predictably slow but does work as promised. Once I get the 240v/50amp outlet in, I will see if it continues to perform as advertised. I like the fact it provides a multiple of plug systems and is light an packable in the supplied case to travel with โฆ we are taking a longer distance trip soon and plan on taking this with us as an emergency back if can not find a charging system. For what you are getting this is a very affordable system and work the money.

Convenient and Easy to Use - Great Customer Service
We purchased this travel charger in November 2022. Unfortunately, this past weekend, it stopped working. HOWEVER, with the two year warranty, we were able to contact MUSTART. With a few requirements; e.g. video of using the charger, pictures of the charger, MUSTART sent us a replacement travel charger unit and cords. We were down for only 3 days. Had to remember the time difference between (I'm assuming) China and USA regarding the communication. MUSTART shipped the replacement immediately upon our fulfilling the necessary proof of the problem. Yes, it was awful that the unit failed after 18 months. But, the customer service and two year warranty worked out for us. We have a 2023 Kia Sportage Platinum XLine plug in hybrid (fabulous vehicle BTW). With our driving habits, we charge the vehicle every other day on average. We had a dedicated socket installed. Thank you, Mustart, for standing behind your product.

Plug failed after 18 months
The unit worked as advertised. However charging at 32A the cord got warm and after 18 months of charging every other day the male 14-50 NEMA plug starting failing and could have done a lot of damage if I did not catch it, cut it off and replace the plug. One side of the plug was 135 degrees and the other 96 degrees after 20 minutes of charging. I checked the receptacle connections to insure they were tight and they were and only at at ambient temp while charging. I was first alerted that something was wrong one day I unplugged the cord towards the end of a charge cycle and the handle and cord was very very hot to the touch not just warm. After replacing the plug on the end of the power adaptor cable, the Temp of the plug and the cable was under 96 degrees while charging. It was definitely defective with a bad failing connection on L1 or L2. I decided to replace this charger with one that is capable of 48A (even though my car only charges at 32A Max) because it will have likely larger 6 gauge wire and likely not get warm or as warm when charging at 32A. Heat is a sign of a bad connection or undersized wire and is not good. Too much heat can cause a fire. I'll still use the travel charger if ever needed in a remote location or as a backup. I will gladly change this review to 5 stars if the manufacture is reading their reviews, sees this and sends me a replacement NEMA 14-50 replacement adaptor.

fried the socket on the vehicle.
worked for a couple months then melted to the vehicle. apparently this is common for this brand. UPDATE: They did email me back and are sending me a new one. I was able to pick out the melty part of the old one from the vehicle. Just cosmetic damage to the vehicle plug that I dont mind. I think the issue with these is you need to make sure that you firmly plug it in all the way every time. UPDATE: Received the new one. So far so good.

I put that junk in my FRUNK !!!
I was looking for a travel charger for my EV that would give me the most access to outlets I could find pretty much anywhere. The NEMA 5-15 and 14-50 plugs on this unit do just that. Whether I plug into a typical 3-prong house outlet or a camp site outlet for an RV, I am covered. I know the title is kind of silly but it is impressive. My Kia EV6 has the smallest frunk of any EVs on the market and this unit still fits with a bit of positioning. And on my 800V, 77.4kWH battery pack, this things charges my car at 1.6kW which is about 1.5% per hour on the typical 3-prong house outlet. That's enough overnight to get me to a charging station in most cases or easily enough to get to my office 20 miles away. It is super easy to use and the proprietary connection for swapping plugs is indexed so they can only go on one way making it almost idiot proof...nothing is ever fully idiot proof in my opinion... This unit has definitely reduced my range anxiety as a new EV owner.
