I work from home so this is a nice idea for someone like me who might be stuck to their desk but wants to get a little exercise in. The instructions were easy enough to follow. I think the concept is great, the bands are a little weak. I didn't really go into using this expecting a full out workout though after reading reviews. Just needs a little more fine tuning.

This is a great concept but need some more refinement. It is fairly complex to set up all the straps and fit it to the chair - not difficult, just time consuming and not easy to change. Once set up the exercises are quite limited due to the chair and the band resistance is pretty low. I think a set of resistance bands or handheld resistance devices would be a better investment.

What a waste of money ! First the bands got weak and now the whole thing is coming apart ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !

This is the best 60 bucks I’ve spend. Ive been using this product now for about 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier. I’m stuck in an office all day and the last thing I want to do when i get off is go to the gym because it’s always packed. I’m able to get a good pump while I’m in the phone or when I get 15-20 free mins. Planning on buying another one for my home office as well. It’s super convenient and is really user friendly. AWESOME PRODUCT.

It works just as wanted. Was sent 3 vs 1 returned other two through Whole Foods process which was not smooth but eventually received refund.

Nice idea bands are fraying already. I believe I may have set it up incorrectly I would like to purchase new bands. Have had less than 3 weeks

Just recieved this a few days ago and I love it. Easy to install and feel that I am at least getting some movement in during a 9 hour day sitting at my desk.
