I was told about this tool from a massage therapist that they use in their practice and scrapping the fascia is great for reducing tightness and numbness in my calf muscles. I also sit at the computer a lot, so my forearms get tight and a few minutes of scraping they feel great! I use in on my neck as well because I sit a lot and works great for that area too. It can also be used for cellulite but haven't really tried that, but I would assume you would have to do it daily in the beginning to help with that.

Excellent weighted tool to hold in your hand! I am currently using this, on my hip area (after having surgery a few months ago), to help break up the soft tissue , do that it doesn't become painful in my "hip & groin area).My therapists utilize a gua sha tool, and I showed them this one, and they felt it was a "great quality item" that they will look into purchasing also! Stainless steel, makes this more durable, easy to clean & more antibacterial, compared to other materials out there. Price is great & product is smooth edges, so no "rough edges". Tools are solid. The case is already falling apart. Used 2-3 times a day 3 days a week. Quality is not the best regarding the case and you want to keep the tools protected. Durability of case is nil. Storage capacity starts great until the case falls apart. The wools work well. Decent value, could be better.

Recently had knee surgery recovering OK, but still had areas of pain. An acquaintance mentioned this instrument turned the corner in her recovery. I got one and it really helped. It loosens up the scar tissue around in incision area. I notice results after the first time I used it. There is plenty of online instruction. My care team encouraged massaging the area, this tool really helps.

Great quality and works well for my feet and wrist. Similar to what the physical therapist used on my feet and wrist/arm.

This is an awesome product. I read many reviews of similar products and decided to skip the "easy to drop, easy to break" stone versions of the Gua Sha. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend it. It has really helped with some foot pain I've suffered with for a long time, including a bit of plantar fasciitis. It's also great on my calves after spinning or long walks, and I use it on my hands and forearm tendonitis as well. It's a great tool, easy to use and it's an easy 5 star in my book!

Not good for massage use. Works great to break apart the stuck together fascia and layers, semi massage but not intended for muscle release. Works great to break up the grittiness one can get from bound nerves, fascia, muscles and so forth under the epidermis

Great for working out knots

El producto está en perfecto estado, el peso es aceptable (en reseñas anteriores leí que era demasiado pesado, pero a mí no me lo parece) y los bordes están bien pulidos. Se maneja con facilidad. Por ponerle alguna pega no me vino con el estuche que aparecía en la descripción (me ha venido con una bolsita como de terciopelo). En cualquier caso estoy contenta con la compra.
