Godiva Valentine's Day Heart Box Goldmark Assorted Chocolate Heart Box (Light Red, 14 CT - 5.25 OZ)

When I opened the box, I was greeted with the white sheet actually stuck to the candy. When I peeled it off, I was greeted with a mass of chocolate that had obviously melted at sometime, and then had time to harden into stale nasty clumps. I tried to take a piece of chocolate out of its hole, and it was so hardened, I couldn't even get it out. Even two of the chocolates that were wrapped separately were stuck to the base.The most disheartening part of this disgusting display, was when I looked on Amazon to exchange the chocolates, I was told that this item could not be exchanged or returned. So basically I threw $20 in the trash by purchasing this item. Very frustrating! Will never buy again, and will be !ugh !it's cautious about purchasing certain things on Amazon.

Been a long time Godiva customer...this was disappointing. It was supposed to be dark chocolate, and was anything but...looked to return it. Since it was perishable, Amazon wouldn’t take it back. Was for my wife which made it worse

Candies had to be several years old dried out and came melted. I have asked the seller for a refund we shall see what happens

Godiva has the best chocolate that is a fact but the amount of chocolate in the box was disgraceful to say the least. I certainly wasted my money. I could have received more chocolate from a $1.00 Hersheys candy bar.
