Creative Mark Folding Canvas Art Print Rack, Portable Display, Mini

I prefer these print racks to any other I have found. They fit my 13x19" and 8x11" archival prints perfectly! This is definitely my favorite method to vend my limited edition prints. I have a been a full time performance artists for 10+ years. This product has served me well over the years. You can see my work on IG @ Heilig_Art Pros: 1. Light weight. I use these print racks to sell my performance painting prints all over the country at music festivals. Its key that they are light weight and fold flat, making them easy to carry around the festival grounds. 2. They are fairly durable outdoors (see cons for long term use) and serve their purpose well. 3. They look decent and hold a fair amount of prints. (I typically put 20-30 of each size 13x19" and 8x11" prints in one rack and its still easy to sift through the options) Cons: 1. It can be a pain to assemble by yourself, at least for the first time. Easy to waste a bit of time trying solo or without a wall or something to lean against. 2. Assembles with Allen head bolts, occasionally after a year or two of use these allen-head bolts tend to come loose and they are easy to loose. The company should probably include some extra. 3. Its a bit over priced for what it is. Should include some extras to replace wear and tare. 4. After 4+ years of heavy outdoor use the canvas will begin to thin and fray at the stress points. Not sure if it was made for outdoor use. I'm sure they last longer used just in galleries. I have also noticed that if you use these outdoors, sometimes the tendency is to want to drive the legs into the ground to keep the rack from blowing over. Just be aware that its easy to loose the rubber feet this way. They are not glued on, I've had them fall off just moving the rack around in my car after a year or two. Another method you might try is using clamps, weight bags or bungees to secure the rack instead.

Does the job - bit fiddly to put together, make sure you read the instructions first to understand how it is put together. I have the medium rack and also the large, simple, robust, easy to collapse for a show, and works fine in my gallery. btw one person can put the medium rack together, the large rack is easier to construct with two people.

I bought this rack to display matted artwork for an upcoming show. I put it together last night, at home, and am impressed with the product. It appears to be very sturdy. Because of the weight, I think the tubing is steel, not aluminum as indicated on the packaging. (I could be wrong about this.) Regardless, it is very sturdy. The cloth portion looks like it ought to last for years. For such a simple item, the rack is awkward to assemble. Since no instructions are included, be sure to carefully reference the product photo on the box beforehand. A few diagrams on the carton would have been helpful. I set it up by myself in 30 minutes or so, but made several mistakes along the way. The tubing tends to come apart during assembly. The three solid steel cross members are not the same length, so be sure to measure beforehand! Also, I found it easier to hand tighten the Allen screws on only one side of the unit during assembly. After everything is put together, attach the screws to the other end of the rods. Then use the Allen wrench to completely tighten all six screws. As clumsy as the assembly process is, it is a very sturdy unit when everything is together and tight. Assuming you have somewhere to store the folded-up rack, it will never need to be assembled again.

My apologies for not reviewing earlier. Love my new print rack! I actually have another print rack but I didn't like the way it felt after assembly(the cloth was rather loose) and so,I purchased this one and this one is much sturdier and was easier to put together! Much thanks!!

Need two people for assembly, but good and durable product.

Arrived defective. Easy enough to assemble if you pay attention to the length of the bars and read the instructions. Lightweight. I could not assemble completely since one bar had defective threads and would not attach to the nut. There are NO rubber feet as described, they are plastic and slide easily. The cradle fabric is odd, not as expected. The inside is coated and slightly slick. It would be a lot more stable if the feet had some weight to them and had the rubber tips. Way overpriced.

I don't know where the complainers learned their mechanical skills, but this rack is NOT difficult to assemble. I'm 74 years old with significant arthritis and it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together while I was watching the evening news and enjoying a cocktail. True, there are no instructions, but there is a photograph on the box and only a few parts, so it should be easy for anyone to understand. It's plenty sturdy and holds a lot of my giclee reproductions yet it's light weight. It folds up so it's easy to transport and there are even little Velcro straps to keep it folded. I bought two and next time I need another cradle, I'll buy one of these.

Bought this for my grandmother, who has been doing a lot of canvas art. She was kind of laying her work on the floor, and I liked the idea of having her canvases up higher, and more accessible. She loved it (Xmas gift today) family didn’t realize that a product existed. thanks for helping me ‘rock xmas’ this year. :) Quick notes.... - installation is a little tricky, but that was my fault... I kept looking at the product as one object. (Install one side, then the other). By that I mean, I was trying to put the whole thing together at once, and realized that it’s better to screw in one side... then attach the other. Its a nice height, about waist high, and the width is about an arms length (yes I realize we aren’t all the same size, but it’s a safe estimate for you reading) so dont think it will be too big to have sitting open in a room. It doesn’t completely fold/close flat... but it has these great Velcro straps that join the legs, closing around the artwork (which will keep the canvas art inside the pocket) for storage/portability. Sorry if I’m vague... I’m good at keeping up on reviews... any questions, I will try to answer.

Excellent product, good value for money, feels decent and robust quality. It was very easy to assemble by myself in about 15 mins, perfect for holding and displaying my prints at an art fair.

This is perfect for holding my art prints at shows. It was easy to assemble and looks professional. One thing to note, it is helpful to add some weights to the feet or use a bungee cable if you are doing an outside event, otherwise it may tip over. I usually use a bungee cord and attach it to the leg of my 10x10 tent.

A challenge to set up on your own but can be done. Trying to line up poles to the screws was tricky. A suggestion of threading the poles first in the fabric and then screwing them into the legs made it much easier. Fold pretty much flat and does have velcro straps to keep it closed. It's a bit larger then I figured but still will work out nicely.

It’s very practical and sturdy, excellent to keep posters and artwork for art expos.
