I wasn't expecting high quality for this price, but I got it. Very pleased with the quality of these railing supports. Heavier and more solid than I expected. They look great and are easy to install thanks to the pivot ability. Quick delivery and great product. Would definitely but again.

I'm very happy with these. They look good, mount well, and seems to be nice quality hardware. Nice match for our walnut handrails.

I've gone back and forth on these. The quality is nice. There is no denying that. Heavy duty and substantial. But man are they a pain to install. It's like the manufacturer was thinking, "how can we take these nice brackets and design them in such a way that they frustrate anyone who uses them?" They accomplished this by providing worthless instructions, screws that likely won't work for most people, and only one of the two hex wrenches you'll need to install them. Once you get the proper supplies and teach yourself how to install them, good luck getting them secure, level, and aligned. I was finally able to get close to what I wanted through much trial and error and am relatively satisfied. They look nice. But not sure if I'd buy them again in the future.

Installation we simple, product is great. For folks that have rentals 1-3 times a year this is great. you can just remove the rails and put them back after moveins. That is why we got them. They have these dialed in quite well for sturdyness + flexibility too remove when you need to without damaging the wall or integrity of it. The fact the the have the top piece that rotates, makes is much easier to install faster as it can high some mistakes in measuring and leveling. Solid construction, great customer service. Beautiful work.

The specifications on the Amazon web site state that the measurement from wall to centerline of bracket is 2 -3/8", whereas the actual measurement and the measurement in the instruction paper packaged in the bracket is 2 -1/2". This is completely unacceptable and we just had custom hand rails made based on the 2 -3/8" measurement that now do not fit. This is a nice looking product but it is unbelievable that they cannot get their specifications correct.

This product gets 5 stars for the look, which I'm very pleased with. But 3 stars because it didn't come with a 5mm hex wrench it said was required to install the most important component, the wall bracket. We brought the wall bracket to Lowes and tried everything available and no hex wrench fit which was very odd. We ended up settling for a star bit for the wrench and as you can imagine, by the third bracket install, it was stripped and we had to install the wall bracket using vice grips. Fortunately we got it to work in the end, but really there's no reason why it shouldn't come with the required wrenches. It did come with the 2.5mm hex wrench.

These are poorly machined. The hanger screw (part 1) cannot be inserted fully enough into the bracket body (part 3) to allow the set screws (parts 4) to do their job. It appears to me that when the manufacturer tapped the bracket for the set screws that they reduced the size of the hole for the lag screw tour post to slide through the bracket appropriately. I’m handy enough, I hope to clear out the hole in the bracket bodies to make these work. I don’t have the patience to order replacements or track down a different bracket. A safe handrail needs to be secured to a wall or post. So much for the safety of these.
