Niederegger Marzipan Black Forest Torte, 6.5 Ounce

Well these pictures they show u ..! It was tasty fresh .. and a delightful treat . After work all day !! But I did think it would be bigger.. I finished it in one sitting . And just me! But it would make a nice gift .. for some one hard to buy for !! Maybe get them two!

Totally moist and delicious!!!

First, this was quite small for something so spendy. It's about 5" diameter, about 3/4" thick?The marzipan was rather dry and did not exude flavor as I expect from marzipan or almond paste--perhaps because of the chocolate mixed in?The raspberry filling also seemed dry (I was expecting it to be softer, moister, like the jelly in Jaffa cakes). And the raspberry flavor was dull, not bright.All in all, I was disappointed and will not purchase this again. I would not recommend it. Two stars because while it was bland and dry, it did look pretty and was nicely packaged.

Packing was excellent, delivered on time. However, the beautifully crafted product was very distasteful, Sad.

Perfect seasonal marzipan specialty treat. Really special. Beautifully crafted marzipan and cherry treat. Delicious fine quality smooth dark chocolate and fresh soft marzipan with cherry and a touch of booze. Delish and excellent. Perfect thickness and texture to the chocolate coating over flavorful fresh marzipan filling. Slices nicely with a bread knife with no cracking, breaking or crumbling. Great as a small holiday token or gift. It’s about 6” inches in diameter and packaged beautifully. Without a doubt a fine confection.
