pdc Pmel Essence Mascara Base 7g

Lasts a really long time all day a little sticky but good

I've been holding on to my last Shiseido nourishing mascara base primer for ages, sadly it is now discontinued and the search goes on for the replacement. I've read that is pdc Pmel Essence mascara base is a good dupe. I have straight lashes and need a good primer base and waterproof mascara to keep the curls.I can gladly say this does the trick of keeping my lashes curled all day long, it doesn't matter what mascara I use. Great dupe for the Shiseido one.

Great advice, to wipe most of the product off on the wand/tube before applying to the eyelashes. I would then also comb the eyelashes with an eyelash comb, and let the product dry.If you do this, and wait a while before applying your mascara, this product works brilliantly, I have perfectly straight eyelashes, and it is the only thing that will hold a curl in place.

If you are looking for something to hold your lashes in place this is the best one! I was skeptical to use it at first but I’ve seen results and I love it…make sure your mascara isn’t thick as this it is difficult to remove

when i first bought i didn’t think it could be that amazing but IT IS!!! you need this if you have straight eyelashes that don’t stay curled . will buy again
