Really works, I live in a really hard water area and found other brands expensive and quick to run out. Always having to buy more and never felt like the limescale really went. This product has shifted it after following the easy steps, and there’s loads left for when I need to use it again- in about a week. There is no vile smell, the product is odourles. Quick and easy to use. If you suffer with limescale like we do this is the end to your probs. Excellent value for money, definitely be a cleaning cupboard essential from now on. Seller contacted me back straight away too when package was delayed due to post during Coronavirus and refunded me as it took so long to get to me.

Great for cleaning cat box and kettles etc with scale brings up like new

This does what it promises & works out good value for money. But, the “jar” it it packaged in needs re-thinking. The opening is way too narrow to get a teaspoon (the dosage is in teaspoons) in & if you try to pour the granules come out too fast & you waste content. I’ve decanted into a glass jar & managed to peel off the label from the plastic. This is the only reason I haven’t rated 5 star.

It works perfectly and effectively every time. I use half a tea spoon, boil the kettle and leave it this way for another half an hour. It leaves the kettle like new without any limescale. Highly recommend.

Such a small amount than before. Maybe I should of read the details a bit more but I've used this time and time again and never let me down. I used to buy the big tubs of this and couldn't get it for ages and when it came back on sale I grabbed it thinking it was the big tubs but wow what a very disappointed customer, misleading maybe or my own fault but no longer will I buy this again.

Easy to use quick and effective

This stuff works really well. My kettle has a low water content boil feature with a silencer in the bottom. It is good but the whole assembly gets full of limescale. This descaler cleaned it right up, I was impressed how well it worked the first time. I gave it a second dose too to get rid of some residual limescale and it now looks brand new inside. I haven't used this in my iron yet but because it is so useful I will try that next. The only thing I don't like about this product is the lid is an awkward shape which makes it harder than it needs to be to get the stuff out.

Product is good and descaled the kettle nicely. However the packaging let’s it down. You have to decant it into a better container to be able to actually get the correct measurement of product out to descale your equipment.
