I used this product on a Kenmore dishwasher that is less than 5 years old. Two of the wheels had already fallen off and one piece was lost making it difficult to pull the bottom out all the way without it falling off the tracks. The product was an exact duplicate of what was on the dishwasher and appear to be much better made. They did not roll as easily as the originals until they had gone through several wash cycles but are a great improvement on the original equipment.

A set of 4 of these costs less than the price of one original part. Since the original parts are junk, that's good. These are an improvement, but they are still cheap and although they will probably last longer than the original parts, these are still going to break. One thing I noticed is that the wheels don't spin as easily as the original plastic junk. Squirt a little WD40 or something in there and they move a lot better. Probably just a break-in period. Anyway, they work. So if you need a set, but some of these.

My original rollers had broken after 3+ years if use. The plastic pins that held on the wheels eventually gave out.So I got these as replacements, that seemed to be "upgraded". After 2 weeks of use, and 2 of the 4 wheel units each lost a wheel. The metal portion that was supposedly "upgraded", rusted and fell off. I could not believe it. I'm thinking it's just a matter of time before more of them do. Very disappointing, and I'm going to need to buy a new set. Or maybe the return policy has some warranty. Urrggg.

Took less than 5 minutes to replace the old, crappy wheels on my kenmore dishwasher. I only had one or two wheels left per tray, the original units seem to have been engineered to fail, tiny wheels barely holding on without screws, bad all around. These replacement wheels are great, they look and feel much better built that the originals. I installed them over a year ago and so far not a single wheel is loose, let alone missing.

Wheels are simple to install and while they are a little stiffer to roll than the plastic ones, they are nice and sturdy. However, after a year of use, we noticed that the rack was getting hard to roll in and out. Turns out the metal parts of the wheels had rusted out completely and only a couple of the wheels actually turned, the rest of them just slid along. I am going back to the “unupgraded” plastic model. Those broke after three years, but at least I didn’t have rust in my dishwasher. At least they are really easy to replace…

Had a wheel fall off and get burned a bit on the drying element so I wanted to replace all of them before more fell off. After reading reviews of several different versions for sale on Amazon I purchased a set of four of these. They use a screw and washer to hold the wheels on instead of the plastic plugs that most of them use. The wheels roll freely and make no noise. I have only had them for a day so I will update this later if I have any issues with them.

The steel bolts that hold the wheels on lasted from Jan 21 to April 22 because they rusted. Wheels don't turn. Need to buy new set and replace all four trucks.Otherwise, installation was out of the box and installed all four in 15 minutes. Fit perfectly. Rusted completely.
