I came back to write this review as I'm munching the last few bites of this amazing thing. I've had a few panettone over the years - usually one per holiday season at most, and usually an inexpensive one from a grocery or big box store. THIS year I decided to invest in one from Amazon that I hoped would be worth the $$. Well, every bite of this was delicious and it's easily the best one I've ever had. Packed with fruit, delicious holiday flavor, beautiful soft texture. We enjoyed it right out of the pkg at room temperature and also a couple of times sliced and toasted with butter. YUM! Thanks for a terrific product.

This is what a panettone should taste like. It’s moist, you can taste the fruit and nutrients s, perfect! I will order again next Christmas also.

Amazing Taste! Supet soft and a real Italian style Panettone! My new favorite for sure!

Of all the panettone brands, Balocco and Perugina are my favorite brands but they are pricey. This one is almost as identical to Balocco except is a little less sweet and more dense (one slice will fill you up). Has enough raisins and citrus-dried fruit. Has a beautiful REAL buttery vanilla smell and flavor like fresh brioche. Pretty amazing for the price. Oh and it arrived fresh and unbroken. Will buy this one from now on due to budget and authenticity. Also, this is made by Maina brand. Maina is one of the best Italian panettone brands on the planet. No wonder is pretty good.

Flavor good , texture more like bread than the Italian import; less fruit . I prefer the Italian import for its cake like texture ( love raised dough) and overall quality . That said, not a bad alternative for the money as the Italian imports have become pricey .

This is one of the best Panettone's I have ever had. The price fluctuates too much for my cheap soul, so I tend to only be able to get it pre-Thanksgiving and post-Christmas when the price isn't in outer space. This panettone stays soft for over a week and doesn't start to compact and get dense and funky like some others, which is nice, because it's a lot of cake to get through, so you can take your time and not feel rushed. There is a lot of dried fruit in this panettone and the citron was a nice surprise because usually that's only used in much more expensive panettone. I will be getting this again, once the price comes back down.

This panettone is substandard. Dry, tasteless and probably old. Waist of money
