I have tried a lot of planners and this is the only one that's really worked for me. I like that for the architect it forces me to stop and organize my day and prioritize my list so I can clearly see what needs to be done and what can wait. It's lists remind me of bullet journaling which is recommended for people with ADHD to help keep us on track. The planner also has you stop to think about self care and gratitude which are terrific for people dealing with depression. It forces you to prioritize self care or point out that you aren't doing it. And in the end you stop and journal the best part of the day. This made me stop to realize sometimes that what felt like a rough day actually had some great moments with my kids in the evening. It helped me appreciate the little moments more. Overall, I think this is a great planner.

This is a great planner to help you set and achieve goals and brainstorm new ideas.I have only been using it for a few weeks now and I have missed a few days.I like that it isn't dated because I am going to miss days while I get used to it.I like the brain dump sections for getting ideas out of my head before bed.I love the separate columns for personal and work in the weekly sections.As long as I use it consistently, it looks like it will help remind me to take time for more than just work. For those of us that don't praise ourselves enough: it tracks notes on progress about how I can do better, but also tracks accomplishments.The separate take along notes are great too.I like the explanation of other brain types that give a better understanding of other thought processes-mine and my co-workers. I think my brain type changes depending on the task at hand or my knowledge and motivation level on a given project.Construction-wise, the planner is sturdy and well made.

The actual planner is helping me to plan better and maintain focus on what matters most. However, I don't fully understand the point of the app (on your phone). It may just be to help with accountability. It displays your progress without any real explanation of why it matters or what to do with the info. Perhaps this is for future iteration of the product.I am not happy about the cost of the planner, given you have to purchase it 4 times a year (quarterly). It is an investment to consider the value of the overall system. I will likely continue, as I have a found a way that it works for me.

I have had many planners in the past but I wanted to try this one out due to it being a new year and this is my first planner of the year. When I received it, I didnt expect it to be how it was. This is probably a great planner for a student but as a business owner that lives off appointments and so on, this planner gets extremely tedious. I love the look and the feel, I am keeping it for the motivational purposes but as an organizer it doesn't do much for me. I took the brain test and everything. TLDR: not designed for appointment upkeeps for business owners, more for the students in my opinion. But great overall.

I don't usually write reviews but I like this product so much I felt like I had to come on here and tell people.So let's just state the obvious--a planner is only worthwhile if you actually use it. OK, so now that's out of the way, let me just say that this is my favorite planner of all time. The fact that it's tailored to the way my brain works makes me want to keep coming back to it.I've tried other planners and I kept up with them for a week or two but eventually I would just go back to my old disorganized ways. Those other planners weren't solving my problem because they were all the same--they required me to go outside my usual habits and start a new pattern. The EVO Planner actually works with the way I think and behave so it's something I look forward to, and doesn't feel like I'm doing something totally outside my normal pattern.Pro tip: I bought one for my girlfriend and had her take the brain-type assessment. We are different brain types--I'm an Alchemist and she's an Explorer. There's a really cool section of the EVO Planner that tells you how each brain type thinks and interacts with one another. It helped me learn how she thinks and how we approach problems differently. This planner has actually helped my girlfriend and I talk to each other!10/10 would recommend!

I am highly disappointed in this product. Despite its luxury look and packaging, this doesn't do what is promised.#1 PROBLEM: APP DOESN'T WORKI've been tracking my progress for a week and then BAM! the app decides to delete all of my data, make me log in with my Facebook and I have to start over ALL over again. I've been patient with this app for MONTHS. I've contacted their support team, nobody responds.What's the point of the app? Isn't it to help us track our behavior? Isn't that WHY your planner is $50, not 15-20? That is why I pay top price, nothing else.#2 PROBLEM: SUPPORT TEAM ANSWERS 2-3 WEEKS from the time you write to them- they keep on delaying response and keeping you questioning, who am I even talking to? Does this person even understand my need? Does this person know that I've recommended their product to hundreds of people and now they are making me look like a fool? As a coach, I was relying on this product and my clients were using it, but never again!#3 PROBLEM - ONLINE SYSTEMS/TESTS DO NOT WORK + YOU won't GET YOUR MONEY BACK, EVER!I spent $50 on an online test and the code never worked. They told me to open another browser, safari, chrome and etc. it still didn't work. I waited 2 weeks to get a new code - they promised it worked, it still didn't work. Then I asked for a refund and a complimentary test due to dealing with this BS for 3 weeks. They said SORRY we don't do that. OK, great customer service.Overall, you just lost a loyal customer due to your slack in QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE and NOT DELIVERING WHAT YOU PROMISED VIA THE APP OR ONLINE TEST. If you want to sell this GET THIS TO WORK! Best of luck.

Scanning problematic, I bought it for the combination of paper and app. Their support told me to manually add the details on the app which defies the purpose of buying this planner and duplicate effort. Too basic for the price. More of a gimmick. Gave up after a wk which was total waste of my money. Looks beautiful but not worth the money you spend.
