I don't normally write reviews but other reviews and research helped me decide on this creatine so I hope my review helps you out today. This powder dissolved beautifully in my morning coffee, no left over residue and it didn't alter the taste of my coffee. I only have 1 cup a day so it better be a good one. Lol. I like that it's 3rd party tested and made up of a high quality Creapure form of creatine. I've only taken it 3 days and I actually got off the couch without moaning this morning which prompted me to write this review. The product came 100% sealed under the lid which is good because the plastic around the lid came up as I unscrewed it.
