Good product but not the pouch packaging!
Product is good but the packaging looks like a refill pouch... a glass bottle for this product would've been much better.

Water with particulate matter.
I received water with lots of particulate matter, probably powder of neem leaves, but who knows? Neem oil is supposed to be oily, brownish, thick & viscous with a strong (& not so pleasant) smell.
