Elf Stor Christmas Box with Adjustable Dividers and Lid Ornaments Storage, Red

This storage box was extremely easy to assemble and sturdier than expected. The storage bin actually looks very nice, and is a great size for storing for a year. I liked being able to adjust the sizes of the internal layers to fit different ornaments. I purchased one for my "Special" ornaments, but now will order more to fill with the rest of my ornaments! Great product for a great price. I was very pleased with this purchase!

Bought these to avoid using the large bulky plastic storage containers in our hot attic…we now are storing our nutcrackers inside our home in the top of one of our closets…great durability of product too!!!

5 stars for QUALITY OF STORAGE:THe quality is so much better than I thought that it outweighs my function issues,but probably won't need another one in this size ornaments squares.1. Outside square is very strong have duty cArdboard covered securely with heavy fabric and reinforced edges/seems/corners2. Strong bottom with a solid heavy duty panel that you place in the bottom3. 4 rows of heavy duty cArdboard with a panel to place between layers4. Same heavy duty cArdboard covered in fabric with reinforced edges for the top5. Strong,well secured handles6. I only wish there was a strap or snap to secure the lid, it secures itself well,but I would prefer an absolute lid,not just placing it on top...zipper,snap,flap,.ties,anything.function issues:The size of the squares is absurdly small. They fit only the smallest of my christmas balls,a few handmade ornaments,and soft punishable ornaments,all without tissue space. I am not a large sized ornament person. I celebrate life's milestones and special memories with corresponding ornaments each year,so most are small or medium sized. I don't like big ornaments because tree branches for them are very limited on a real tree. Yet,this will not even fit my smallest hallmark ornament, the snoopy birdwatching I got this year,the box is the smallest of all my boxed ornaments, it is too big for this square. Yes, I can remove the rows to make them bigger,but the cardboard protects the ornaments and keeps the square sturdy. Also, I already have older similar boxes where I took that route and it defeated the purpose,they are just boxes now. I wanted good storage for my best ornaments,none of them fit. Even the small ornaments that fit,cannot be wrapped in tissue...ugh. seriously,a 1.5 inch snowman wrapped in tissue did not fit. So I cut a sliver of tissue to wrap it once. It is well made,very sturdy,attractive,protective.....but only for the smallest ornaments in limited shapes.This is a fabulous box but if you have to remove most of the cardboard protection to fit ornaments,it's not so good anymore. At least make a layer with big squares for a regular ball or a hallmark box...or make a set of two,one like this and one that is bigger and fits less ornaments but fits bigger ones,like medium regular normal christmas balls!

For years I stored my ornaments by wrapping them in tissue paper and then in a covered cardboard box. The tissue paper gets old and tattered and the ornament hangers come off and get lost in the box. So far I have only used the box to put the ornaments in after taking the tree down and I have to say it was a breeze! Part of the reason I don't want to put up a tree now that the kids are gone is I have to do it all myself. I think deccorating next year will be easy. The only thing I would do different is have a layer be for larger ornaments. I just saved those for last and pushed the cardboard separator aside to accommodate my larger ornaments. The cardboard is nice and thick to protect the ornaments. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

This was a back up option for us. It will still do the job but what we felt it lacked was the ease of accessing each layer with ease. All that separated each layer was a thick cardboard (see photo) and our worry was when pulling a layer out that the outer ornaments might fall out of place. Wished it was a tray instead for each layer and that is the only reason it was not a 5.
