There were several items like this one priced much higher, so I had my doubts when I ordered it. I have ordered several over the past year and they do not last long, generally speaking. I work from home and work a lot of late-night hours sitting in the bed, and so it's not just a hobby need that I purchase these pieces for, as I use them every single day.I am absolutely thrilled at the sturdiness of the table, especially in the legs. They are not rickety, they don't bend and lean like the plastic options, and they are adjustable, which makes them perfect on so many levels. The wingnut screws are easy to loosen and tighten, so there are no extra tools needed, and they are so easy to access, it's almost like having a quick-release in place.The fact that the desk tilts and is adjustable makes it easy to switch from work mode to reading or Bible study, and there's even a notch for a cup if you want to set it on the table. It's not a deep cup holder, like in the car, but it definitely keeps your cup from sliding around. When you add the removable "lip" that simply slips into the notches at the edge of the table, your book isn't going anywhere, which is extremely beneficial.Overall, I am so thrilled with this table, I will probably order a couple more, just to have them for future reference, or to use in other rooms. I highly recommend it.

This lap desk is so light and comfortable. The little shelf thing at the front is easily removable but won’t just fall out unless it’s upside down. My computer is a little over 13 inches wide and if I push it to the edge it doesn’t cover the edge with the cup holder. Where I have the legs set in the photo I still have a couple inch gap between the desk and my legs, though they’re not very thick. The screws might loosen a little so it may slide but that’s not even a problem because I didn’t even notice it had happened for a while and I don’t think I’d tightened them enough in the first place.My neck hurt so bad from sitting at a table on my computer for hours during the past year and it kept getting worse so I’d have to lay down sometimes and I couldn’t take it anymore. Since I’ve been using this for 3 days I’ve felt no pain at all. I couldn’t justify spending money on a lap desk for so long because I thought it sounded lazy and I’m cheap but I’m SO happy that I caved and especially that I chose this desk!Thank you for making this desk and pricing it low! I’m going to recommend it to everyone I know working from home!

It says for a laptop, but this is more for a netbook size of a laptop. I have a full size, so no room on the side to use the little edge of the table, so no cup use as my computer takes up all but a couple inches of the table, but it works for now, and it's cute and functioning, just wish they had a larger size and that there were more options for raising it as when set on the lowest raised level it is still a bit high for me, but I can't lower it any more so I have to either leave it flat or have it raised up pretty high...Good price tho...

Pros:- easy to use- perfect height and amount of tilt for tablets (with legs fully extended)- sturdy enough for laptopCon:- adjusting the leg extension can be tedious; not so bad at first because it's easy to set up, but when you need to put it away, it gets annoying to have to re-do it every time

I've always wanted a little desk like this of my own to relax on the bed while I type away and even use it while I'm eating dinner while watching some television, it works so well for me. Also, since I'm and idiot I was VERY surprised to see that the legs can get longer for more space and elevated stance that was such a life saver since I was just holding the ended of it just incase it fell with those tiny legs.Another thing I really liked was of course the main feature which was the lifting table thingy for your book/computer!! The way you can choose the height of your liking for your own was just amazing. Overall, I recommend this product; I'm very pleased with it.

I bought this for my sister. And she loved the design. She uses it for coloring, reading and for her tablet. This table is very sturdy and, the lug nuts that adjust the legs have never had to be retightened. I will say that the dowels that hold the ledge on, have become loose. Maybe they should have been glued in place. Over all a very nice table.

The size is smaller than it seems. I literally do not fit under the table when lying on the bed, even though I am not of a big build. The quality is poor, as the table is made of pressed sawdust instead of bamboo. Moreover, my hands and bed are constantly covered in sawdust and splinters, even though I have only used it for one day. The laptop holder keeps falling out when I try to lift the lid. Furthermore, the table constantly turns over and falls forward when I try to lift the top of the table, making it unstable and difficult to use. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality and functionality of this table, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I bought this to hold photos for scanning with my iPhone. This laptop table will come in handy for other purposes, as well. It is well built and sturdy. A feature I particularly like is how adjustable the legs are. They not only adjust in a vertical position, but also horizontal for a sturdier base. There is nothing not to like about this table, and for the price, it’s a real bargain.
