Great natural tasting product
I wanted to wait to leave a review to try it in multiple recipes.By far my favorite use it to add it to homemade coffee creamer. Just mix heavy cream with whole milk, 2 spoons of this flavoring and honey or condensed milk to taste and you get the best creamer. I love making match tea and adding this to it for a creamy flavorful start to my day.Another great use for this is in cheesecake! Will be trying in muffins next!

Not fake tasting
This was perfect for my chocolate rasberry cupcakes. It didn't taste fake at all. I'm always hesitant to use flavoring but this 👌 perfecto!

Very weak raspberry flavor, not "bright" in my humble opinion. The aroma straight from the bottle is very dull.
Very weak raspberry flavor, not "bright" in my humble opinion. The aroma straight from the bottle is very dull.I bought this to flavor hot beverages, particularly coffee including lattes and cappuccinos, but also tea. I was, and still am, looking for something more economical than the usual McCormick extract I see in the grocery store.Using the same amount of this extract as I would of a couple other brands (most notably McCormick) in hot coffee, I could not taste this raspberry at all. As for heat helping the flavor, I put the extract directly into the coffee as it came out of the machine - I can't make it any hotter without boiling it!I tried using more if this extract... When I used three times as much as I would McCormick's, I only got a dull sense of "berry", with no bright raspberry notes and no raspberry aroma at all. The flavor just seemed "off". I tried even more, but the "off" flavors seemed to increase, without tasting any more like raspberry. For now, sticking with McCormick, or the Brewer's Best raspberry (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0184Y1D4K/). And no, I have no affiliation with either of those companies, nor anyone selling any of these products. Can not recommend this for beverages.

Decent but the taste is off
I bought this for making blue moon ice cream for my son without some of the added junk that is in other versions and when I made it with a different extract it turned out better than this one. The flavoring is just not it and I was disappointed in that because it seemed like a good product.

It has a real flavor of Raspberry
I have in the past gotten extracts that taste fake. For instance, I have a cherry extract that smells and tastes like a smokey hint of cherry, but not the cherry fresh taste or even a cherry filling for a pie taste. It is disappointing. This raspberry extract tastes like raspberry, and really enhances foods I want to taste like it has raspberry.
