Sagged when new, then rotted within three months
DO NOT BUY THIS HAMMOCK!! When the hammock came I noticed the cotton rope seemed a bit too flimsy. Then, when we installed it on our frame, we had to keep pulling it tighter because every time we sat down, it sagged so much we were on the ground! We eventually gave up. Also, the mesh is too wide making it very uncomfortable. Then, less than three months after purchase, it rotted and fell apart.

Bliss Hammocks is a poor quality company with poor customer service!
This company has very poor customer service!!! They sell their products to outside retailers and do not stand by their products. I purchased a hammock from an outside retailer which offered free shipment. After owning the hammock for less than 2 months, it began unraveling and falling apart. I was told to contact the manufacture: Bliss Hammocks to request a replacement or upgrade. After nearly 4 months of trying to contact the company, sending pictures, and a copy of the original purchase on my bank statement; the company agreed to send an upgraded hammock for a $20 charge. I agreed to the charge and sent my payment information. The following week, after the company had already shipped the item I found that my account was charged nearly $40. I called the company AGAIN to ask why I had been charged nearly double than what I was told. They claimed there was a charge for shipping. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON A REPLACEMENT ITEM FOR A PRODUCT YOU SENT THAT FELL APART??? They refused to refund the shipment costs after trying to work with them for nearly 6 months to get a replacement product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
