Is there a traveling case that fits this mouse?

Not that I know of. I bought a camera traveling case which I use as a case for this mouse.

Is this compatible with Windows 10.

My mouse isn’t pairing per instructions, any advice? Or did I receive a dud?

Don't know. Did not have any problem with pairing, and have mouse paired with several PCs, one at a time. Check slide switch on bottom, make sure you charge mouse with included cable for several hours before use
