Oneida True Rose 45 Piece Everyday Flatware, Service for 8, 18/0 Stainless Steel, Silverware Set, Silver

Great silverware set. I was looking for something decorative but smooth, easy to use, dishwasher safe and these fit the bill perfectly. The handles fit the slots in our dishwasher's cutlery basket (knives upside down) and they aren't so heavy that they fall off of plates when being carried like our last set. They arrived quickly packed in a sturdy box with tissue paper around and between them held by rubber bands. In many of the modern sets the smaller spoons are so big that I find them hard to use, these are perfect. Smaller than some sets without being too small for adults to use. The decorations are pretty without being garish or difficult to clean. Classic. The price seems to very a great deal so you might track that, I caught this set in the mid 80$ range and wish I'd found it sooner to get another set because it was up another twenty bucks within weeks by the time we saw it washed well.

The Oneida True Rose flatware is a pretty, traditional set. The pieces have a nice size and weight, and are comfortable to use. I choose this set as a wedding gift because I have a similar Oneida set that I have been using for over 30 years. I can confidently attest that they are durable and long-lasting. Very good value for the money.

Good silverware, matches my pattern of silverware that I wanted to increase!

I had purchased my original set from Oneida before I married over 50 years ago. My one chance in a million was to find that same pattern now. I came close. Oneida had one similar, and I purchased it. It was shinier, lighter weight, and similar in design--the best that I could do. Although I wish that it would have been an identical match, I'm content I found what I did.

The set is very beautiful, feels good. But it feels like it was subtracted for from another full course silverware set. Look at the photos.! I have other sets one from Oneida and another brand, comparing it seems like the Oneida true rose made for appetizer and first course not for the main course 😉. Hope they bring out the rest of the set and I will be the first one to purchase it 😀 👍

I am pleased with this silverware for the kitchen. I like the weight, balance and length of the forks and large spoons. I like the pattern. Overall, very happy with product

Lovely and traditional. The curves create a wider base on the handle, which balances the utensil in the hand. The dinner forks have the proper four tines and are not so long that they stab the palette with every bite. The dinner knives are slightly shorter than my 20 year old modernist set, but the handles are thick enough for a good grip. The serving pieces are a bonus; the forty pieces alone are worth the price.

This set of Oneida flatware is atrocious. I grew up in an "Oneida" household that had the same set of Oneida flatware from the time I was born until I grew up and moved out of my parents' home. It was a beautiful set that felt smooth and comfortable in your hand, and each piece had a fair amount of heft and they were literally indestructible. I haven't owned a set of Oneida, myself, until I decided to purchase this set ... which I bought because I remembered how wonderful they were. This set is nothing like the Oneida flatware from my youth. It feels lightweight and cheap in your hand, has sharp edges, and feels "punched" rather than sculpted. It reminds me of the cheap flatware that you'd find at a local Dollar General or Walmart. It's horrible. I can't believe that they're charging $95 for this set of junk. It feels lightweight and tinny in your hand, the edges aren't smooth, and the handles have been shortened. I can't believe that a company like Oneida has cut the quality of their products to this level. I will never purchase Oneida again. So, so disappointed. Honesty, if you're willing to settle for this quality of flatware ... then just go buy yourself a $20 set at Walmart. Don't waste your money with this cheap crap. Shame on you, Oneida.

Excelente juego de cubiertos para uso diario. El diseño es agradable sin que parezcan de restaurante o como los cubiertos "modernos" que parecen que fueron diseñados para un gigante. El acabado es tipo espejo, son ligeros pero muy resistentes.

This is a beautiful colour set. I absolutely love it great quality and I like how lightweight it is as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Perfectly simple yet elegant, these feel good in the hand and are the most comfortable cutlery we've owned, I ended up buying a second set so we have enough for any occasion. One pet peeve we had with other cutlery was heavy handles so they would slide off plates and just felt clunky. These are slim and light but still have enough substance to not feel cheap. I feel good using these for everything from everyday casual to fancy dinners. The whole family noticed when I switched the cutlery and unanimously agreed these are the best overall of any cutlery we've used anywhere. I'm confident these will stand the test of time.
