Pros:* 3 in 1 product.* Changing the plates is very easy.* Worked well for all dishes I tried, except Dosa (but that could be blamed on the batter too)Cons:* No temperature control* It doesn't specify what type of non-stick coating is used. (It does its job, but would be good to be aware of what type it is)* The chord provided is very small (less than half a meter)

It’s a good product. Easy to clean but plates done fit tight. But it’s good serves the purpose .

Though the product is really good, but the service is bad. All of a sudden the device stopped working, so I reached to Amazon, they gave me a number, which was attended by a person who handles the service of this product. I made a call on May 6th. The person asked for the issue and acknowledged the issue, which they can fix. Asked me for invoice of the product to verify if its under warranty, which it is. I did share the invoice via WhatsApp to him. Post that he asked for address and after that complete silence till date.So customers be aware.

After using for more than three years,i am here for a review. No doubt it's a great product. No complaint as yet

Stopped working within 7 months. Trying to reach to manufacturer to claim warranty. Let's see (will update this review)Update - seller fulfilled warranty. Organized item pick up from my home and returned product by courier service. Product is fine now, it was a fuse issue.

Bought it as needed a 2 in 1 sandwich maker .Sandwich comes out in great shape and tastes good.Sometimes experienced light electric shocks while operating it.Attachments are easy to remove and clean.Overall a good product but could be cheaper.One of the best sandwich makers for sure.

I didn't use this Sandwich Toaster & returned back. Reason only being small size, which doesn't look though in the displayed picture. Size showed on opening the parcel that, small slices bread could be used & sandwiches could not stuffed more. I would have loved to give 5 star rating & used it .Otherwise all other aspects, Easy to use Easy to clean-plated detachable & Value for money are met with. Elegance & workmanship is undoubtedly good being German make.

Good addition to your kitchen. Overall happy with the product. Versatile with 3 attachments.Sandwich comes out good crisp and not too messy. Tried potato sandwitch and Veg grill sandwitch. Pasting end result ! Would recommend anyone to buy.
