Red tones
I ordered this as my natural colour is mousey with blonde highlights I wanted to break up the blonde and try to camouflage my grey bits on my temples . I didn’t like the colour it was more of a chestnut brown even lighter on my grey bits .!!

Even though the product was in stock when I ordered twice, the item was cancelled both times. Contacted seller after second cancellation for information about how to order their product? They repeated they were sorry and were giving me a refund. Seller gave credit on first order, but I have not received a credit on second order, as yet. Also, I lost the gift credit that Amazon had given me that was deducted off of the product total cost. Would like to have it back to use on future purchase. I ended up buying product on eBay for comparable price and seller shipped right away with FREE shipping. Disappointed in this Amazon seller and would have loved it if they'd given me some explanation about how to purchase their product with a coupon or something for future a purchase. It shows a lack of appreciation and consideration for their customers.
