The shroud is super hard to get on. I had to use oil around the rim and put my whole body weight (215lbs.) into it to pop it on. It works fantastically when combined with a Ridgid vacuum that can fit a Ridgid hepa filter and hepa bag internally. I had trouble finding a blade to fit it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY YELLOW DEWALT CUP BLADE. They are too thin height-wise. I finally found one that fits and listed the link below. With that blade, it has a brass ring that you pop out of the middle of the blade and then use the 7/8" arbor kit that is sent with grinder.
