This is one of those supplements that has earned its place in my life with it's effectiveness. Greater mental alertness, better dream recollection, and better overall mood.

My son uses this to help with ASD related tics. It does help but does is weight specific do you need to look up articles.

Despite what is shown in the product photos and stated repeatedly, the bottle I received does NOT provide 545 mgs per serving. It explicitly says only 500 mgs. So be aware that you might be getting less than you expect.

Before taking this product my wrists were inflamed and urine helped reduce this and my wrists feel 80% better

Very disappointed with this company’s deceptive labeling/advertising. What do you think when you see the word “complex”? I think B-vitamin complex, which means it has different B-vitamins. There can’t possibly be 500mg of uridine in each capsule because the whole thing weighs 500mg and it contains fillers. (I weighed one with a milligram scale, in case you’re wondering.) I guess they figured they’d get around the fact it doesn’t contain 500mg of uridine by just throwing the word complex in there. Exactly how much uridine does it have? Who knows. Aggravating considering I bought this because it was cheaper than the same amount of bulk powder elsewhere. Still can’t figure out how I missed this contains fillers. A large order, I guess. Also, never heard of monophosphORIC ACID, as opposed to monophosphATE. Is there a difference? I wouldn’t trust this company to tell me if there was. All also applies to their Citicoline product, which I also purchased, sadly.
