(6 Pack) Silicone (Better Than Buna-N) Replacement 151122 O-Ring Gasket Sealing Compatible with Pentek & Pentair Water Replacement 151122 Size Filter Housings ORing

Ordered O-rings from Amazon several times and none fit my big blue right until bought these. Some of the others played with and got close enough to seal, others would work at all. These fit right without having to monkey with them.

Fit my blue filter perfectly, nice tight water seal, but when I took it apart, the ring had stretched and no longer fit. Thankfully, it's a 6 pack, so there was no problem putting in another.

The bottom line is that they are too thin to work properly.It leaks when pressure is turned on, a little increase in the diameter should work.

I purchased this for my big blue filter. I have not installed it yet, but it appears to be the correct size & it was less expensive then others listed here,

Worked great for my whole house water filter

Slight smaller than the previous o-ring and leaked when I tried to install. Had to re-use the old o-ring.

The O'ring that came with my Pentek Big Blue a .200 material diameter.The O'ring I recieved .149. The material is .051 Smaller in diameter.The acceptable tolerance for this would be .025. This is just plain irresponsibleand negligent at best.
