Green Pasture Fermented Skate Liver Oil - 120 Capsules

Been using this for a few years now. It's a great product.

I decided to try the Fermented Skate Liver Oil because of the decalcification of the Pineal Gland. Within a few days I began to experience more vivid dreams. So much so that I began to keep a dream diary on the side of my bed. I also noticed, even sooner than the dreams, increased mental clarity. Im very low on vitamin d and when I sleep, its not long or restful. With the skate liver oil, even when I dont sleep as long, I have mental clarity that I didnt have previously after not getting much sleep. The last few nights I've actually found myself tired and excited to go to sleep. I increased my dosage from 2 at night to 4 and noticed an immediate difference in my sleep length so moving forward I will be taking 2 in the morning and 4 at night. They don't come with real direction so you're just figuring it out on your own. I initially followed the suggestion of many here in the reviews and took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. The second week I kept the morning dosage the same and increased it to 3 at night. I didnt notice a difference from taking 2. The 3rd week is when I increased it to 2 in the morning and 4 and night and that seems to be magical. I highly suggest playing with the dosage and finding what feels best for you AFTER spending a full week on the basic dose of 2 in the am and pm. All in all I love this product....Dont allow the negative reviews to scare you. The comments of it tasting like fish.....ITS FISH OIL.... Keep it in the refrigerator, take out when you're ready to take them and immediately swallow them down. You only taste a trace amount of fish but again, being fish oil Im unsure why someone would expect it to taste like anything other than. The burping I saw in some reviews wasnt an issue for me.. didn't notice it at all. Im convinced that some people look for anything to complain about.I highly suggest grabbing a bottle for yourself and trying it out.

After writing to the company asking why their products' values are missing both on the product labels as well as their website, they wrote back saying: "... because our product is ALL natural therefore varies batch to batch." Below is their ESTIMATES for the Cod Liver Oil and Butter Oil as well as Skate Liver Oil, products which I've used for a few years. My holistic nutritionist recently red flagged my Omega product (Green Pasture brand) since they do not publish their product values. Hence, I decided to contact them. So here ya go w/ the info the pubic is entitled to know, however non-exact it is:"The estimates for the blend are: Vitamin D around 50 IU/capsule and 300 IU/tsp) and vitamin A around 507 IU/capsule (3044 IU/tsp). These values are based on the USDA nutrient values. The estimates are: EPA 90-105mg/ capsule (270-315mg / ½ tsp) and DHA 60-75mg/ capsule (108-225mg/ ½ tsp). These values are based on the USDA nutrient values.For the Skate liver oil, we don't test the product for vitamin A or D but there is approximately 275-325 mg per half teaspoon for EPA and 350-400 Mg per half teaspoon for DHA."

Been using this product for about 2 weeks now so I can't really justify any of my claims as far as consistency however this product is very unique and worth trying. Just recently I became very interested in the awakening my pineal gland and one of the main things I had come across was the fact that due to years of ingesting government implemented fluoride it was evident that my pineal had calcified over, and the best way to fully 'unlock' if you will the pineal gland was to decalcify it. After doing some research I had found that this product helped quicken this process. From what I can tell you now this product has done some good things for me. However, their claim of giving you more energy is a bit twisted in the sense that my overall energy has not changed through this supplement alone, but this supplement's ability to give me better sleep and more vivid dreams. Which leads me to my next point, the pineal gland excretes seretonin as well as melatonin and DMT. With that being said, DMT is what causes us to dream and through my the vivid dreams I have been experiencing I can assume that this product is gradually but substantially decalcifying the gland. As far as mental awareness and memory improvement this is something I can not justify because of the insufficient amount of time I've used this product, but I do look forward to seeing what this product has to offer.

I've been taking this product for just over 2 months and have experienced significant beneficial results. I have diabetes and go for blood tests every several months to check A1c level and also my cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Since taking this product (2 capsules every morning with my multi vitamin) my most recent results are the following. Cholesterol went from 202 (high) to 141 (normal), Triglycerides went from 223 (high) to 113 (normal), and my HDL for my entire life has been low, usually around 35 or 36. In my most recent test it went from 36 to 41 which is the first normal reading I have ever gotten in my adult life!! The only downside that I can find if I have to be picky is that if I take the capsules on an empty stomach, usually 20 to 30 minutes later I will occasionally burp and it tastes like I just ate some sushi or miso soup. LOL For all the good that this product has done for me... I dont care what my burps taste like. I will never go without this product! I am going to set it up for auto ship!!
