Great for gifts. Super good activity for friends and family, still have yet to finish. Packaging is cute and box was in perfect condition.

I bought this project for my 10 year old daughter to do with my dad since he recently retired. The kit comes very nicely packaged and has everything but a sharp edge or scissors and some binder clips. The binder clips are to hold the books together to let the glue set when making the books. The instructions are very clear and have images that show step by step each individual item to build, as well as how to build the room. This is something you can easily build in a few hours or over a period of time. I will be buying a few more kits for them to build together, since they are enjoying the time spent working on the Balcony Daydreaming kit. A huge bonus is they sometimes go on sale or have a coupon.

The media could not be loaded.  I can see some people opening this kit, seeing all of the materials and instructions and thinking to themselves, "... I've made a huge mistake." As someone who recently finished putting this together I will say that it is a lot of work but if you're feeling artsy and enjoy cute and small things like I do, you'll have a blast putting this dollhouse together! I personally had a lot of fun chipping away at this a little bit each day and it was well worth it at the very end when I was able to get the little light switch to work inside the room (watch the video until the very end!).I recommend having the following items handy: ruler, pencil, glue gun, better tweezers, better craft glue (I bought the Beacon 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue on Amazon), regular and fabric scissors, wire cutter, precision knife, lighter. I recommend dedicating a crafting space for this (it will get messy!) and you will also need to purchase the batteries (CR2032, 3V Lithium Coin batteries) separately for the light, which is honestly the best part of this whole dollhouse let's be real. The instructions could've been more clear; there was one component where the measurements were actually off (typo?) but overall it was a fun project to put together and I would definitely purchase a different one again in the future!

This is my fourth kit from this company and I'm very pleased with the quality of the materials and the ease of the instructions. I find it very relaxing working on these kits and very rewarding when I complete one. They are very pretty when completed and I have them displayed in dust covers in my home. I feel I could do this hobby the rest of my life!

This product is totally cute and easy to assemble, but after finally having some time to work on it, I opened the box to discover some of the pieces were already painted and the paint brush was missing. Really sad I didn’t catch this earlier. I’m glad the materials aren’t going to be wasted, but sad that I had to pay full price for something that wasn’t new. Even the instruction booklet has paint on the back. I was looking forward to doing the painting part but now I am feeling bummed. I hope this company realizes they need to give new products to customers that pay the full price.

No inventory list. It is difficult to put something together when it's has a reference number or letter but I have no key. Please include an inventory list. How am I supposed to know if everything is there or not?

My daughter and I are enjoying constructing this together. Can’t wait to light up our tiny room!

Very cute, first time buying and building this kind of model. Definitely not for impatient people, or honestly those with big hands. About 3 or 4 of the measurements seemed off so I had to make some adjustments as I went. Not a huge fan of the paint, had to do about 4 layers just to get a nice white and then it's still streaky.
