I was having a hard time swallowing my prenatal vitamins so I thought I would give this a try. It’s not ideal but if you take it like a shot you could do it maybe with a chaser like orange juice. Texture is a little oily hence chasing it. Leaves a film like feeling on your tongue.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review that you can determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. If used as directed this will last just over one month. The expiration date (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom!) on mine is May 2026, so a little less than two years from now. The flavor that sticks with me was mostly orange. I don't know if that was due to the color and my brain interpreting it, or the natural flavor, because it has a lot of other ingredients in it. Really good ingredients! It wasn't until I read mango on the product page that the mango stood out to me. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says some of ingredients are organic, Made in the USA (not only that, all ingredients are sourced in the USA as well!), non-GMO, and has the GMP stamp. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The actifproducts site is functional and has a phone number on it. Talk about visible: they are available in 3,500 pharmacies and clinics in the US, Europe, and Japan. I got this supplement even though it's prenatal because the ingredients are so good! And liquid, so it's even more bioavailable. I wasn't going to use it at first because the front of the bottle says iron, but it's not listed in the ingredients or on the back. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, and it is pricey for just one month's worth, but I was so excited to start this because of the quality of ingredients and lack of synthetics and fillers. And getting all these ingredients, even at a lesser quality, would cost so much more. Plus, the peace of mind that it's from an established company is worth at least part of that. This is one of the most impressive supplements I've come across in a while. I hope that information was helpful; thank you for reading.

I imagine this company put the same care in manufacturing what is in the bottle as they did the packaging process. I wouldn’t chance it.

While I believe the quality of this multivitamin is good, and liquid vitamins seem to absorb better. But I can't get past the taste and texture. It's a bit oily and even with shaking ahead of time it always looks a bit separated. The taste isn't good. I'm not currently pregnant but I can't imagine anyone that deals with nausea or morning sickness being able to stomach this, and that really defeats the purpose.

I take prenatals for my skin and hair and to maintain my fertility. These prenatals are liquid form which I've never tried before, I usually consume prentals in pill form. Honestly, the liquid form is just not my favorite way to take prenatals, as some mornings I don't have time to mix a drink with these, the taste isn't good, and it's just better to take them in pill form. That being said, these seem to work well and the bottle they come in is very nice and sturdy made of thick material.

I like this supplement because it is easy to take and loaded with super ingredients! As, I age I feel more aches and pains that I hope this will alleviate or soften the effects of growing old. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take traditional medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night. These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA, Canada and Europe.
