Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick Springform Pan - Perfect for Making Cheesecakes, Deep Dish Pizzas, Quiches and More with Easy Release, Steel, 10 x 2.75-Inch

I was scared by the reviews that warned of leakage--but as I searched for a better alternative, I noticed that all springform pans were getting such reviews. Wilton seemed overall to have more favorable ratings than other brands, and it was cheaper, too, so I decided to go for it, and I'm glad. When baking my cheesecake I put the pan on a cookie sheet, plus I wrapped the outside with foil, so I was doubly protected against any possible oozing disasters. It worked great! There was one small section that leaked a tiny bit of crust batter into the foil, but there was no large-scale breach. The latch worked smoothly; the cheesecake cooked evenly and released without any sticking; the pan came clean in the dishwasher. The only downside to my concept is that the cooking time increased by 20 minutes (vs. the recipe's prediction of 45-50 minutes), which is substantial--but that's not the pan's fault. I feel pleased with this purchase and am excited to try more cakes with it!

The tool is beautiful and nonstick. Make sure the bottom is in between the grooves or else you may have a surprise rapid disassembly situation on your hands. That all being said, cleaning this for me has been simply spraying it down with all the crumbs just falling off. Easy to clean, easy to use, perfect pan

I needed a larger pan to make my cheesecake, which is awesome, and this pan fit the bill in every way. I bake my cheesecake in a waterbath and although it stated that it is leakproof, the cake has too many ingredients to take a chance. Thus, I can't verify as to that claim. However, even with two layers of foil around the pan, water did get into the foil but the crust and cake were perfectly okay - good sign. Great pan.

I can make so many dishes now I couldn't before I had this. Good quality, fast delivery. I reccomend.

Los moldes Wilton son los mejores, super fácil de usar y el pan se despega super rápido. Yo lo use con papel para hornear y no lo he lavado solo lo limpio bien bien con una servitoalla cada que lo uso para no estropearlo.

Me gustó mucho es fácil y practico sacar el pan horneado. Está grande y los panes salen muy anchos, ideal para pay de queso.
