Makes the sauna smell nice
Works well with a capful or two in the water bucket. I use the remaining water to sluice down the sauna after use and it leaves a very pleasant smell.

Instructions say 4 capfuls for a sauna bucket. I use 1 capful for a 1/4 bucket, for my small sauna, and that seems about right. The birch fragrance is wonderful. It's clearly going to last a long time, so this is good value.
