Q: Has anyone tried with a men's size 13 foot?

I wear size 13 US wide, and I can verify that it will still work comfortably despite description saying it will only work up to size 12.

Q: Will this accommodate size 12 feet? One reviewer said it was snug for size 11.5 feet.

I wear between 11 and 12, depending on the shoe. I went to REI a couple months ago and actually had them measure my foot with that silver metal thing, and I’m a true 11.5. The massager fits fine for me, and it may be a bit snug. But, remember there is an air pressure feature that is adjustable, so you might just need to use the lower setting due to your larger foot.

Q: Does this massager accomodate a wide (4E) foot?

I have a 13 (4E) too, I'm able to get my foot into the Renpho Shiatsu Foot massager , the width is okay but the length is tight, I'm still able to feel the effect of the massager. Word of advice, wear thin socks when using the massager.
